What can I say? I've purchased and sold several homes over the years, but never did I have such a terrific realtor as Stephanie. Professional, knowledgeable, charming and she really made our search for a new home in OBX a really fun time. She helped my wife and I have a good experience and was straight up about each and every home we considered and gave us great advice on the ones we actually viewed. I worked with Stephanie a few years ago on locating our first vacation property. She had come recommended from a friend who has worked with her several times in the past. Stephanie showed us many places but ultimately found the ideal location for our family. With 2 small children proximity to the beach was important but so was price.
