This was by far the easiest loan process we have done! We will definitely be using them for all our projects moving forward.

This lender and his team are top notch! I've now closed multiple loans with them and referred them out to many happy clients. Communication is never missing from the transaction and Gracee does a phenomenal job of making sure you know what's going on every step of the way. Rates are highly competitive as well. I thought it would be much harder to work with a private lender and am happy to be wrong in this instance.

Terrible experience working with lender. Offered up a number of problems on the refinance of loans without ine solution. Very confrontational and difficult to work with. They dont have the capacity to work multiple deals at a time and work at a snail's pace. Buyer beware.

Just closed on an investment property using Coastal Equity as my business partner. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were able to fund the deal within a few weeks without any issues and the entire process was extremely smooth. Without a doubt will be using again soon
