John is the absolute worst lender I have ever dealt with. Please be careful with him and his company. Very unsatisfying business

I am a top producing real estate agent having worked with dozens of lenders with my clients. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a lender. Horrible service. No follow up. No communication. Cannot close on time. Over 2 weeks just to order an appraisal for my client. The only communication I got was that I am not their client so therefore they don't care about the agent or the process in which the agent oversees. Their defensive reaction was only to attack my real estate business and make false claims of ethics to draw away from their lack of any service. The President, John Hatzidakis, was clear to curse at me showing absolutely no respect for the real estate agent community or the relationship that needs to exist in bringing a transaction to a successful smooth closing. It would be a great disservice to you or your client to do any business with Coast Funding Group, Inc.
