We had a lot to think about during a recent home purchase, but thanks to CO Roofing, our roof was not one of them! CO Roofing inspected our roof with a drone to accommodate a special request of the selling homeowner and explained the extent of the existing damage to our concrete tile roof. Dustin managed the scheduling of our roof repair during a wildly hectic move by regularly checking in with us and was able to use existing spare tiles to perform the repairs. He answered all of my naive questions about concrete roof maintenance and ownership and sent photos of the final product looking brand new again! I will engage CO Roofing with no hesitation for all of my future roofing needs, large and small!

They were awesome! Came out to assist with shingles blown off roof due to high wind. Showed me all the hail damage. Replaced roof quickly. Bryan kept me informed the whole time. Did everything my insurance requested in a timely manner. Highly recommend them.

I probably have one of the most complex roofs out there. Other companies explained their quote was high to cover at least 1 leak due to all my roof lines. These Jeff with CO Roofing was eager to take it on. They worked out the supplement with my insurance and not a single issue with the new roof.

I cannot praise this company enough. I want to shout it from the rooftops (pun intended). We got our roof replaced two years ago after a really bad hailstorm storm. Two years later, I see notice damaged shingles from wind. SUPER high winds out East where we are. I definitely didnt want to go through another insurance claim. I emailed the company and the next day someone was out to inspect and found other damage that they'd be replacing as well. It was fixed the following day no questions asked because they stand behind their work. A couple of nights ago, I noticed a leak coming through my living room light and sent yet another frantic email (Sorry Bryan lol) and again next day I have Dominic show up. He figured out where the leak was coming from... my stupid internet satellite leaned over from yet again-high winds. This was not Dominic's problem but he helped me out. He re-bolted the satellite down and filled in all the wholes. This company is my go-to. They are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and so helpful.

CO Roofing is truly exceptional. I've had roof ventilation issues and icicles forming between the eaves and fascia for about 3 years. I've had many roofing and gutter companies out to diagnose and solve the issue and all tried to sell me on solutions that either did not or would not work. I have not paid CO Roofing anything yet, but they have been over multiple times and performed thorough inspections and analysis and worked with my insurance. They have followed up with calls and messages after storms have hit my area. I am amazed to find such an honest and caring company who is only interested in doing right by the customer. As soon as I suffer significant hail damage, I will not hesitate in contacting Eric and Dustin to carry out my repairs.

They are very responsive. Eric was out 4 days after we called with samples. We were under contract within 4 days after that. They kept me updated on the progress of talking with my insurance and their supplier. They started about 2 weeks after that and had the job done in 1 1/2 days. The installation crew was quick and knew what they were doing. They used tarps to catch debris from the roof and then made two passes through the yard picking up small pieces and a magnet to get fallen nails. They sent the production manager out after the supplies were delivered to make sure everything was there and they were the right shingles. I would definitely use them again.

Brian and his team were super professional, with on time, on target service, support, and attention to detail. Needed to re-align a couple of HVAC pipes on my roof that weren't on center. No problem...his roofer knew exactly what to do and had them both repaired, centered up, and ready to go in minimal time. Outstanding work at a very fair price. Highly recommend CO Roofing & Solar!

The staff, especially Eric, were amazing in helping me get our roof updated after a hail storm. They worked quickly and our new roof looks great! Would 100% recommend and use them again!
