Chet Michele and Amanda are a super amazing team! I went through CMG to buy my first home bank in 2013. The experience was so effortless I knew without a doubt that I would use Chet and team again. They did not disappoint. During the pre-approval process they provide you a checklist up front of all of the documentation you will need once you have been approved. I was able to compile everything together so when it was time everything processed smoothly and without delay. I had gotten 3 other quotes and none were as good as CMG. Not only were their rates higher they did not provide you with a personable service. You were just another number to make them money. Chet Mann is a crook and will do ANYTHING to get a dime out of his clients. Chet helped J&R Homes in Sanford steal $108,000 from my construction loan for a house I was building for my family in Sanford before J&R Homes filed for bankruptcy. I'm SO glad I got to help "fund" his new office and political campaigns.

As a first time home buyer, CMG financial did everything in their power to make it easy and as hassle free for us as possible. They got us closed in a timely manner, were able to save us money at closing, and even got us an amazing interest rate.
