CMG Financial Crow Canyon Rd, San Ramon

Frustrated with their auto payment system and the support for it. Of the 6 loan companies I have used, this is the only to have such a frustration with the autopayment. The support is little help. Now I have to make sure I manually send in a payment at the first of every month... for the life of the loan... come on!

The CMG Financial team made me feel like part of their family as I was purchasing my new home. (closed in August 2018) They were always accessible when I needed answers and explanations to questions. Andrew, Danielle :-) and the rest of the CMG team are a great bunch of people and if you are looking to be part of a family atmosphere you need to look no further. They get the job done!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had with a mortgage company. Broker was great but once loan was finalized they refused to send me a payment coupon and would not take payment over the phone. When asked they told me to just put a check in a blank envelope and send to California. They then held check till after due date making me worry it didn't get there in time and that it would ding my credit. I will never use them or suggest them to another person

I have worked with CMG on several loans. They are consistent, efficient and have world class staff. Rates are great and most importantly they close their loans on time. I plan to use them again for future transactions. A+

Absolutely horrible to get a hold of. Waited online for customer service, decided to opt for a call back so selected that number where it “holds my place in queue”. They called me back 34 minutes later for it to immediately divert to someone’s voicemail (at 1:50pm) and I STILL didn’t get a call back. This was not my first time trying to get a hold of them with exhausting results. Just the first time I’ve been annoyed enough to leave a review. **update** it’s been 24 hours and still no response had to call again

The team at CMG Financial works hard to establish a "family" atmosphere. The camaraderie throughout the workplace is second to none. A great place to work and an even better place to bank with. They turn the stressful mortgage transaction into a personal journey.

The team at CMG is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have several programs that are innovative and useful. I've had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to my friends/family any day.

It is rare to find a company as big as CMG Financial with a family-like atmosphere. Great culture, wonderful people who are dedicated to providing extraordinary service to all their clients, customers and vendors alike

In two months, they changed the address for my loan payments three times. It takes weeks and numerous attempts to get a reponse to Emails. Their website is horrible. Their customer serve agents are rude. They lied on their good faith estimate. Just stay far, far away from CMG.
