Home buying (especially during covid times) is a very stressful situation. However, Donna Kelly is the kindest and most genuine realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She truly went above and beyond to help find my partner and I the home of our dreams and she made the experience fun! She was not at all here to "sell" us a home, but rather find a home that was the right fit. Donna made sure to coach us through the whole process and her communication was incredible. We found not only a realtor but someone we consider a friend! I could not recommend Donna any more highly, she is truly one of a kind!

Leanne Royer and CM Fox was the best! I bought a house in 2015 and then in 2016 had to sell my house to relocate for my job, in both instances she was very detailed and attentive to my needs. She also recommended great resources and took a lot of time to make sure I did not compromise. She was great with giving suggestions and got my house sold quick for over asking price! It was time sensitive and she was on top of it so it was listed quickly and under contract in only 6 days! She was very professional and knowledgeable, she helped me to understand a good buy when I purchased and also what would be the best contract for when I sold. Both times everything was smooth and Leanne and the rest of the staff were great. Would use them again except they do not sell in North Carolina!

I have used Leanne Royer to both buy and sell a house. When selling my house, she listed and had an offer in 9 days. And when buying my house, she helped me find the perfect house. Both transactions had some bumps in the road, but Leanne helped navigate through the issues to get us to the closing table. I am 100% happy with the service Leanne and CM Fox provide. Although my realty experience was not with CM Fox, I can't say enough nice things about the amazing realtor they hired, Dawn Jacobson. She is by far the most thorough, professional, and client-oriented realtor I've ever worked with! I had purchased and sold other homes prior to working with her and was determined to not make the same mistake twice. She was patient, gave good advice and even knew me well enough to know and say when she didn't think a house was suited for me and my family, and was extremely kind and caring while doing so. My boyfriend and I started our search for our first home and choosing Leanne to be our realtor was the best decision we made! Chris was the best all around! He listed my house within a few days of my call to him and secured a sale in less than 24 hours after being listed. He listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect house for me within a couple of weeks after the sale of my house! I am now happily in my new home in a great neighborhood in the location I wanted to be in!

I'm not 100% of what other people want in a real estate agent but if you want someone who will work hard on having open houses, knowledgeable about the market especially Watervliet and who will either answer your calls or return them shortly than Chris McCabe is your guy. I was selling after moving to a new state with a different time zone but with Chris things went very smoothly. Additionally when there were issues with the appraiser who was an idiot Chris helped out and got into the fray. I was very satisfied and happy I had Chris on my team.

Katherine Burbank from CM Fox is the BEST! This being my first time buying a home, she answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Once I decided I was going to begin more seriously looking for my first home, She sat down with me and reviewed my options based on my desired area and price range. Kathy was more than patient and responsive. I needed something affordable, somewhat turnkey, in a safe area, with low taxes. Not an easy find in Albany. Once the time came to begin the purchase of my desired home, she was there every step of the way to advocate for me as the buyer and address any questions. I do mean EVERY step. She was there for a second showing to my family, for my inspection, when I had a masonry specialist come in, at closing and the day after to check in. For a first time home buyer, the process was intimidating, to say the least. Kathy played a large role in making sure it was a great transaction. She is down to earth and realistic about the process. Her being a phone call away set my mind at ease. I would recommend her to anyone.
