This email serves as a warning for those who are thinking of doing business with Cliffco. DO NOT. These people (to not mention names because I won't go that) far are very unprofessional, liars, and untrustworthy. Since the beginning they lied about my qualifications for a mortgage even though it was asked several times if the loan had been approved. All I needed was honesty and the truth. The unprofessionalism went that far that they pushed me aside to another lender also swearing that everything was okay. To this day 8/19/2021 no one has called me back or responded to my emails. I lost so much money and time with these people at Cliffco that I felt this was necessary to tell the world the headache, anxiety and stress they made me go thru. I would give them a Zero rating if I could.

I cannot put into words how amazing George is, but I will try. George goes above and beyond. He is super attentive, always there when you need him and just a generally great person! While shopping around for pre-approvals, George was on top of it. He was super fast at getting me pre-approved and offered the best rate. Anytime I had a question or concern, he would reply almost instantly. I know after closing a lot of sales people no longer care because they already made their cut but George will still answer any questions I have. It is now a month later and he’s randomly texting me to apply for Star which he definitely doesn’t need to do, but like I said, he’s great. I couldn’t recommend him enough! If you need a mortgage, HE is your guy!

This has been my second time using Cliffco Mortgage Bankers for the purchase of a home. Paul Montesano and Christine Lodise are the people you want working on your loan. Paul walks you through the whole process and makes everything very easy to understand. You can tell he has been doing this for a while and knows the ins and outs. Since day one Christine has been on top of it to make sure we were ready to close way before our scheduled date. She goes through all the documents needed with you and makes sure everything is correct. Christine had all the answers to our questions and spoke to our realtor, attorney, insurance company, and anyone else she had to in order to ensure the loan was submitted in order to close ASAP.
