    I have an account with another credit union through a past employer. Since they are based in Chicago, I was making my deposits at Clearview, and actually thinking about switching to Clearview very soon because of the convenience and I've always had good service there handling my BCU account. NOT ANYMORE! I was in my way home with my (9 lb) therapy dog. Needed to make a deposit, but didn't have my membership number with me, so I couldn't use the drive thru. So I had to go inside. I put my dog in a carrier bag, she wasn't making noise, wasn't bothering anyone. Most people probably didn't even know I had her in there. A woman came up and said I had to leave. They don't allow dogs. I explained that she was a therapy dog and she said it didn't matter. I would have to file paperwork with their human resources department. Really?? I then explained that I wasn't able to use the drive thru and asked if she could look up my membership number for me and I would do so. Again, nope, can't look up my info I guess they would rather me leave my tiny dog in a car in 90 degree weather. Do I left, feeling very embarrassed. She has been a therapy dog since 2010. I've taken her into MANY stores and businesses and I have NEVER had a problem, even in some places where food is served. In fact, the employees LOVE her everywhere I go. I never expected in a million years that a credit union would have a problem with a working dog. I guess I'll be staying with my current credit union or looking for another one that is local. And if you Jane a therapy our service dog, I would stay away!

    A white female employee was very rude! She automatically seen my husband who is black with dreadlocs and judged him of off that. Very snooty and racist as if she didn’t want “our” kind of business. Tried to discourage him from opening an account. Reading the reviews I see the owner responds to everyone who has something nice to say but doesn’t even acknowledge the people who have a complaint! What kind of customer service is that smh shame on you!

    I was reading the review from Dawn about her therapy dog & the same thing happened to me!!! If you have paperwork from your doctor that your dog is your therapy dog, it is a Federal Law that the dog be with you anywhere you go! I think that branch needs training or they could be looking at lawsuits.

    The only place I could get an account after messing up with several other banks as a teen. The only place I could get a auto loan because my credit sucks and I can pay day loans if I really need to. Still working on building my credit though lol

    Have called the loan center twice as I’m interested in financing my mortgage with Clearview, rather I was. I was told both times that I would receive a call back from the loan officer. Unfortunately, my business is going elsewhere because no one has followed through to reach back out to me, and that is a shame.

    I seriously love Clearview; their customer service is unmatched. I live in Texas now and still wouldn't even think about changing to another bank.

    I normally go to the Brentwood location. This one is ok and has drive thru. Lobby is pretty small. Parking lot is small. Teller was nice

    One of the few Clearview banks I've been to that isn't automated. there are real people there who actually help you.

    It was terrible waited in line for 25 minutes to go through the drive-by window and we still didn't get seen I don't know if they need more tellers or what we got tired of waiting the car in front of us was there for 25 minutes plus it was 6 cars ahead of us so we just pulled out and left
