First thing I will say is that Kelly is AWESOME!!!! My wife and I had an amazing experience with her and the staff at clear title. They are super professional and make you feel like family. I have dealt with places that treat you like a business transaction and this place is not one one of them. Trust the staff at Clear Title you are in great hands if you are working with them!!

Clear Title in Pace is one of my favorite title companies to work with for many reasons. One being how smoothly they make the process go from the initial opening of escrow for each property down to the actual signing process on closing day. Penney Putman was so rude and unprofessional. Did not have the documents that I needed and wanted to blame it on the seller. After, she found the document in their office and it had been there the whole time. So unorganized. She had such an attitude and was arguing with me! Never in my life have I been treated that way. Would NEVER recommend this company. First time buying and she totally ruined what was supposed to be a happy day. Shame on you for not having any class, whoever owns this company needs to find a replacement for her!!
