    Our salesman, Chris Kline, was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and took time going over every aspect of my car to make sure I understood how it operated. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would not hesitate to buy another car from him. Our finance guy, Trevor, was also a pleasure to work with. He made the process painless and he was very accommodating. It was a pleasure doing business with classic Lincoln of Columbia .

    Went in for a recall on my Ford Explorer. The man I was told to go to looked at my recall letter and said, You’ve got another ride because it’s going to take at least half a day. I said no . He said the only thing I can do is get you a ride home. I said really? I then told him I had my daughters 8 and 10 with me. He then said ,Go back over there and tell her to schedule you another appointment for next week. I said I wasn’t told to bring another ride/ someone to pick me and my children up, because it wasn’t told how long it would take to do the work needed. I then said, There isn’t a loaner car for these types of situations? He said no. Let me add He really acted like he didn’t care ! So now I’m going back to the lady that sent me to this man. Then the lady took all my information once again and said We will give you a call with your new appointment. I received their call two or three days later. Well I want you to know my next week appointment is scheduled for right at 6 weeks later! I’m confused her! The Ford Company made a mistake on my Year and Model and I have to pay for a vehicle while their mistake is being fixed. Or pay someone for gas and time to follow me and take us back home and pay same thing again to bring me back when the work is finished. Please remember gas isn’t 2.00 dollar’s and something anymore . It’s almost 5.00 dollar’s a gallon. I don’t live down the road from the Ford Dealership. Plus I’ve already been there once! Almost 40.00 dollar’s in gas that day .In other words the Ford Companies mistake cost owners!! That is ridiculous!!

    I have a service contract with Classic Ford for a Ford Expedition. One Monday, I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and I was transferred to the Service Department, where I left a message. On Tuesday, I called back when I didn’t receive a return phone call from Monday’s message. I was transferred to the Service Department but no one answered and the call was disconnected before I could leave a message. On Wednesday, I called back and left another message with the Service Department. I finally received a call back after lunch to schedule my appointment. Classic Ford needs to improve their customer service - everything with them takes constant follow up. This sort of customer service makes having a Ford vehicle a real burden. And why doesn’t the online scheduling tool work for Ford cars?

    We had a great buying experience at Classic Ford. Milton was a great salesman to work with! We traveled from out of town to look at a specific truck. He sent us a personalize video of the car from top to bottom and didn’t leave out an detail. This gave us a great idea of exactly what we were coming to look at. The experience was great all around! Couldn’t be happier with our decision and the help we received from the whole team at Classic Ford.

    Got my truck back on the road so no complaints there. Would say that it probably took a few days longer for a single injector than I personally would've anticipated that being said they were slammed. Props to Kyle for keeping me informed the entire time. Will definitely use these guys again in the future.

    We haven't had much luck with service. The people are nice enough, but we have a Lincoln and they only have one service rep for the Lincoln side. We've been calling for the past couple of days trying to get an appointment to get the oil changed and get the blue screen on our camera fixed, but after multiple messages we haven't gotten a call back. Love the car, but being directed to a voicemail and never getting a call back is frustrating. At this point we are looking to get in at a different dealer.

    For starters all of the staff was incredibly polite and welcoming during my visit but Phillip Surak was my sales consultant when I went to purchase a vehicle. He was truly wonderful to work with and displayed a lot of integrity in his job. He wants the best for his customers and is respectful of their wants, needs, and budget when purchasing a vehicle. To be completely honest, he’s not trying to bulls*** anyone and I respect the hell out of that.

    I had a bad experience with the service department. The rain sensor on my Expedition was supposed to be fixed along with some other warranty items. The next day after my repairs it rained and the rain senor didn't work. I took it back to the service department and they said they would need to order a part. This was on December 07, 2021. Since then I have not heard back from the service department. I have called twice and left messages checking on the status of the part. No one has ever called me back. I will be very reluctant to ever use the service department at Classic Ford of Columbia again.

    The sales person was nice. He was knowledgeable. Very helpful. Unfortunately, we did not like the financing so we didn't get the car but, based on my experience with the salesman, I would give the dealership another look.

    This place is top notch. I was in town on business and my engine splash guard lost a bolt and was dragging the ground. They got me in immediately and fixed it right up. I wasn't even late for my business appointment. The service managers were very nice and professional. I highly recommend this place.

    My family and I been dealing with classic for over 10 years. Quick Lube lane service is terrible and very disappointing. Their advisors are so-so okay. But they are terrible with appointment scheduling. Tire alignment appointment at 8. Mechanic got vehicle at 8:45 exactly. If any issues was there, they did not communicate at all about them.I received my vehicle at 9:45 I do not recommend Classic service unless you dropping off as they say.

    My 5 star review that I left 2 months ago still stands as my sales experience was great. HOWEVER, a week ago a tire pressure sensor started faulting. I called and they couldn’t get me in for service for another 5 days. My husband took the vehicle in and they said that tire was too full and let out a few pounds. When I read the tire pressure prior to taking it in, that tire was only a pound heavier than the others. So, when my husband called to tell me that this was the solution I knew it wouldn’t be long for it to go back off. Sure enough he calls me 10 minutes later to tell me it’s faulting again. Then I tried to call service (probably 20 times) and just kept getting transferred to different voicemails with no call backs. I decided to schedule an appointment with another dealership because it’s clear to me that customer satisfaction doesn’t matter. Might I add that this is a 2022 explorer. Maybe I shouldn’t have switched from Toyota. LOL.

    Chris is a solid dude. Dealer doesn't accept X-plan though, which is a major bummer. But I was kept informed during the entire process of ordering a powerboost in February until delivery at the end of June. Buying and trade in process was all done through phone and text and was the least amount of time I ever spent in a dealership making a purchase. Those guys are solid. I would recommend.

    No details to mention. My brakes quit working after I hit a curb. I had it towed to Classic Lincoln on Greystone Blvd. they checked the brakes and then called to tell me the brakes had reset and were working fine. I just picked it up. And it is working fine.

    I tried for a year to get an appointment to get someone to look at my Lincoln that I recently purchased from another dealer. I finally get a date (05/04/22) to bring it in after calling multiple times only to either be told that someone will call me or no one ever answers. I show up on 05/04/22 only to be told that I didn't have an appointment. The lady said she would try to get me another appointment a month out. I stopped her, drove all the way to Bilton Lincoln Mercury in Sumter, SC, got same day service, was out in less than an hour and got the best service ever! The service dept. at Classic Ford won't make the effort.

    Have to deal with Classic Ford on a daily basis and I wouldn’t leave a bad review except for the fact that they seem to under staffed and trying to use there phone system is worse then trying to talk with someone from the IRS. Transferred multiple times to be consistently hung up on. This happens on daily basis. Very frustrating.

    Benn waiting 3 days on a call back from Xavier or a manager to schedule service on my Lincoln. This is a clear indication that Customer service is not high on their goals. Do yourself a favor and move on to another dealership, as Im doing.

    Well I never had a problem before but since the pandemic the service is not good. I had an oil change and the guy didn’t put my oil cap back on. Imagine the mess that would have been if not caught. I had already driven to Harbison and smell what seem like something burning. I doubt if I’ll go back there. I’ll probably go to garners-ferry rd. It’s the Techs they have now .

    I would have given 5 stars if i was told that my filters were bad prior to picking up my vehicle. When i looked over my paper work, it indicated that the filters were in the red zone and needs to be replaced which i would have had them do while my car was being worked on. Others than that, no issues

    I left my f150 in service for transmission electrical problem. Picked it up after 2 days. Transmission was shifting very hard and I returned it for problem correction. Service manager apologized for the problem and inconvenience and said that they would take care of it. Very professional in handling the problem.

    Wonderful Staff, Kendra Ali was the person we started out with and she got promoted congratulations, but she stayed with us doing the entire few months until the car was built and ship to us. Her knowledge of the vehicle were outstanding. even though she had another position She was always available to answer any and all of our questions. I salute her for being so grateful. She assigned us another person Rico Gibson to assist us after the vehicle was ordered and after the vehicle arrived but she always communicated with him about making sure we were taken care even after the sale. Wonderful Team this experience was priceless.

    Avoid this Dealership. They have terrible customer service in the service department. They don't answer phone calls or return calls . They say they ordered my windshield wiper arm that fell of in a rain storm ($66k F-150). No info on time to get the part.

    The car was good, and the Xavier was a pleasure to work with. The finance office was also very pleasant to work with. However, the negotiation process is miserable. Not that it is different from the ordinary sky high initial offer to the eventual grating arrival of the sales manager, but it is the same miserable negotiation experience you would expect from the current large dealer organizations. (Edit) I have been back for regular maintenance intervals since my original purchase. It has been a very good experience each time.

    The actual service was great once I got an appointment. They need to fix their online scheduling system, which doesn’t work. I submitted a request online, and after two weeks of no response I called, which is no big deal. Just stating that if they don’t want to schedule people online, get rid of it.

    Awesome experience. Vehicle had hard time starting this morning. Staff was there at 7:45 AM and took real good care of me. They were so friendly and it made me feel good and confident that they were going to fix the problem. They offered courier service to my job but because they had already started on my car... I decided to wait. It wasn't long before I was done. This is my auto care shop... And I love it. Only place to go. I was one happy customer.

    So at first the service advisors are great but unfortunately I will not be going back to this company for my service and maintenance got service done Saturday the 4th thankfully for the rain today showed me I was leaking oil everywhere took my pickup up to a lift and the oil plug bolt was hand loose didn’t even try to tighten I could have removed it with no tools so if they are forgetting something as simple as this what else are they missing and destroying on our cars and trucks

    Terrible service. Conversed with an online sales rep on a vehicle and said I would like to purchase it. Called 5 times the next day and no one would talk to me about it or call me back. Just kept saying they were going to have the manager call me and he never did. My last call was around 5pm and they told me they just sold it.

    I'm very satisfied with the work CFL body shop provided. They went above and beyond to get my car back to drivable condition.     My daughter has a 2013 Ford Fusion and the car been there several times for the same problem and all they do is lie and pass the problem off or do a temporary job. Still today her engine coolant had supposed to be fix from November 2017. The service manager told us they didn't replace it because they didn't get the part until June 2018. I spoke with the service manager so he can tow my daughter's car there to fix the recall and he said, "He wasn't going to fix the problem and I could take it to any Ford to repair it that is stupid!" and other Ford's companies say to take it back to Classic Ford Lincoln so they can do the job right. I've asked for the owner of Classic Ford Lincoln and the District manager refused to give me the owner's name and a contact number. He said, "He was the next best thing to the owner and I told him he's not the owner. So I even requested to the District manager for the owner of Classic Ford Lincoln to call me back within 48 hours and the District manager said, "it won't be until a week and its clearly been passed a week." And no one hasn't called me back yet not even the District manager to follow up with the complaint. I'm sure if I was a man I wouldn't have gotten this kind of treatment. Josh closed the claim on June 15, 2018 when the car has never gotten the recall repaired since November 2017 and still today her car is overheating and engine coolant warning light keeps cutting on and having her car smoking. On June 4, 2018 we've called Classic Ford Lincoln and they stated it was fix in November when the service manager told me they didn't get the part until June 2018. So someone is lying again! I told him it was a incomplete claim number CAS14956391. I'm just waiting for my daughter car catches on fire as the recall states it can so I can have the pleasure of suing Classic Ford Lincoln for everything they own due to negligence on their part and endangering my daughter's safety and life! She needs her car fix to get to her livelihood just like they get to theirs! VERY UNHAPPY MOTHER AND CONSUMER! Consumers do not buy a Ford car especially from this location and if you're a single woman and a mother that's trying to do right for their child and thinking you're putting your children in a safe and dependable vehicle! My next letters will be to the Better Business Bureau and to the local news station and social media!

    The only thing that I liked about the dealer was that they had the car we wanted. The salesperson was very dry, no personality and had we not wanted the vehicle, we wouldn’t have done any business here. The salesperson was very hesitant to take my reasonable offer to the sales manager, as if he was scared. We arrived with financing already taken care of, basically just sitting commission in the sales person lap... I would think a little personality would be present but it wasn’t. I hated my experience, queen the sales manager was very nice and knowledgeable, the greeter was nice but that salesperson was TERRIBLE. The salesperson is your first representative at a dealership, he didn’t give any information on the vehicle, drug his feet with the paperwork. We were literally sitting in the finance office an hour early because he hadn’t done what he was supposed to do. Then, on top of that, the full tank upon purchase clearly doesn’t exist here. I asked, they agreed but there was only 3/4s in the tank and The salesperson acted like that came out of his commission. We’re not doing any business with them and this sales person anymore. Wish they wouldn’t have had the vehicle we wanted because we wouldn’t be writing this now. Terrible experience, would not recommend this sales person.

    Brought Infiniti X35 in August '20. Within couple weeks was contacting the service department concerning squealing brakes. Took vehicle there several times to complain about brakes. This was not a wear and tear issue as the brakes started as soon as I bought the car. When they gave me "credit" to fix a problem the car already had they only changed the back and not the front. Yes the car was bought over a year ago and that's indicative to how long I've been dealing with this problem. One time I actually went inside to speak with a salesman that informed me that "since it was used that I couldn't expect it to be perfect and that the service department likes to get paid so if there something they could work on they would." After that I spoke with GM Jamil Stanton. After several attempts to contact him again and several VM messages, a month later I got message through another employee that he approved a $350 credit for them to work on my car. However that did not fix the issue and not there is a dragging noise seeming to come from rotors. Have made several attempts to get a call back with no answer. Since purchase of vehicle has replaced battery, rotator, thermostat, belt and back console broke. Have recorded over 60 documented calls to our from dealership. Not a sngle call was made from dealership after BBB complaint was made to work any details out. Clearly the consumer is not a concern for this dealership. My fault is that my patience has been too generous with this issue.

    Took truck in for a recall repair.,had appointment scheduled for 9am. Dropped off truck at 8:30am and picked it up at 5:30pm same day. Their internet went down so I had to wait a few extra minutes for the repair to be completed, but they were polite and explained the situation.

    The service there is amazing, I’m able to use my tablet. I Also like that they contact me on anything concerning my car, before they work on it.     2020 Navigator with 25k miles on it, purchased brand new, having issues with side steps. Even after showing pictures and videos of issue they say they are not going to fix it. Zero communication amongst staff from the General Manager down. No follow up with clients regarding issues. Terrible customer service at every level. Would never have purchased a vehicle from them had I known. Don't make the same mistake. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

    This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was outstanding from the beginning to end. My salesman, Trevor Ellis, was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen as he worked and put together a very reasonable deal. I was floored at the care everyone took with ensuring I had all my questions answered. I never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions. I truly feel I can come back to this dealership and trust that I’ll be treated with respect and that I won’t be taken advantage of.     I really can't believe some of the business practices that are put into place today. I went to Classic Ford because my AC was blowing warm. The 1st visit I went up there they assured me they had no one that could look at it, and to come back 3 days later. I return 3 days later with my vehicle. . They told me that my vehicle needs charging, and that they ran a dye test and that might be a it asked and that my vehicle just needed to be charged and serviced. I was in there less than an hour and they charge me $350. The AC started blowing warm again on my home . I returned to the dealership and told them what had happened and they told me to come back 2 days later. I come back 2 days later as they again had no one that could look at it. How does this happen at the dealership? This time they really ran a dye test and told me that I had a bad compressor. How does not get addressed on my 1st visit? I asked them how could this not be addressed on my 1st visit and they assured me that they ran a dye, and let it run for an hour and a half on my vehicle THEY ABSOLUTELY DID NOT RUN A DYE TEST THE FIRST VISIT!!!. There would have been evidence of it on my vehicle. The 2nd visit they actually did run the dye test and I'm and after $350 I finally had an assessment. I spoke with the service manager, and informed him that I didn't think it was fair and he said" sometimes this stuff just happens." The reason why people frequent the dealership is because they don't want to be taken advantage of. That failed to happen. I shared my concerns with the service manager again, and he told again and he told me he is sorry.. I then phoned the general manager, who didn't even bother to return my phone call. $350 for a bad diagnosis. Lied to about services rendered. No one to service my vehicle, when it's convenient for me. This dealership was far from "Classic" Shame on you!!!

    Jamie and Fred were top notch professionals! Others didn’t care that I spent a lot of money on a Lincoln AND the service. It was evident in the service. I asked about a few other things that needed to be done and was told, “they’ll call you.” I received my MKZ back from 10,000 mile service and the tire pressure light has been on ever since (3 weeks). I haven’t had the time to call them. If not for Jamie and Fred I would have traded it already.

Very caring individuals, the bent over backwards to get the deal done. we had bought a newer vehicle because our existing vehicle was totaled when my wife was in an accident so this was the replacement vehicle. We really wasn't prepared to buy another vehicle we were set up really good in our existing vehicle before the accident so they were very understanding about a really didn't want to buy a new car but I had to buy a replacement car so they were extremely caring and understood what needed to be done. If I ever needed another vehicle I would definitely start my journey with this dealership and with Ricco and Kendra. They really made us feel comfortable and made us feel at home and they just done an amazing job from start to end. Not too many dealerships will let you test drive a vehicle and take it all the way home which is probably about a 20 mile round trip just to show my wife the vehicle not only did they let me do that once but let me do that twice with two different cars so that's amazing service in my book. I'm kind of a difficult person to deal with being a combat veteran and disabled and these guys knocked it out of the ballpark going above and beyond the call of duty and that was a sign of respect what you don't get a lot of dealerships.     My service was completed in a timely manner. My service representative was friendly and efficient. I did, however, have difficulty in making the service appointment. I selected the "Service Department" option from the menu and was immediately sent to the "waiting room." This happened on three different calls, each lasting an average of 20 minutes. No one ever picked up, and each time I was eventually cut off. I also tried the "Quick Lane" option, but I did not talk to a real person there either. I left messages twice, but no one ever returned my call. I eventually drove myself to the dealership to make the appointment in person.

    We purchased my car in 2020.Thomas Burton was our sales consultant at Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia . And still, two years later, if we need anything, he is on it. My seat cover was faulty so we went by to get them to look at it. After an attempt to repair it didn't work, they ordered me a new one. Dean in the service department was so helpful. Because we made a trip out to get the seat replaced once already, and it arrived damaged, Dean sent the nicest man, I belive his name is Rickey, to me with a rental. They replaced the seat cover and Mr Rickey brought my car all the way to me an hour away. I cannot say enough about being taken care of by this team. I have bought many cars and nobody has taken care of us like this. I will never buy a car anywhere else. Anyone can accommodate you until the sale is final, but Classic Ford is there for you forever. This is just unheard of these days. I drive a $20,000 car. It doesn't matter to them if it's a $50,000 or my little SUV, they treat you like you really do matter. Thank you so much for everything.

    I should have known based on the reviews not to bring my car to this dealership!!!! I will never come here again. I go to the dealer in Atlanta on a regular basis and have never been charged as much as I was charged for basic services. Also, a diagnostic for $139 when clearly I was told the Sr. Technician had to really “listen” for my problem. Did not reset my oil life or put a sticker up indicating my next oil change… I’m questioning if it even was done! Charged me for a tire rotation when the advisor clearly stated to me my tires had not been rotated. Called for the shuttle at 8am after they had my car for 2 days and ended up having to find a ride at 10:30a because I had an appointment to get to and needed my car. Quoted me a ridiculous amount of money and now I’m taking my car somewhere else to be rechecked!

    Prior to making the appointment I took the car in to get a recall scheduled and a service bulletin schedule I brought it in on the service date the same guy that gave me the appointment and looked at everything prior was clueless he said that they could fix the recall but not the service bulletin because it was over mileage I told him well he was the one that made the appointment and said that it would be taken care of so left the car there for the recall. I called Ford corporate offi it put it in the computer my daughter went to pick up the car and they did not fix it he said as long as he has worked there he has never heard of them doing that except for it is in their system, approved by corporate to be fixed and approved but he didn't want to do it. This just happened yesterday and I did not get a chance to call corporate and to call another Ford dealership locally.

    Took my 2013 Ford Edge Limited into the dealership for a brake issue. It was determined that the brake module needed to be replaced with another part that had to be ordered.     Donnie, from the body shop made my experience great! I just got my car in November 0f 2021 a 2015 Lincoln MKS with 37,000 miles. Ruby red, in less than 6 months someone backed into me. Leaving a dent and scratches. Donnie told me not to worry, we can fix that, and it'll only take two days.(and exactly. 2 days) Needless to say, my car looked brand new!     Very fortunate they had a great truck to sell because the service was disappointing. The sales price was $1300 more than what it was listed for after dealer fees I was not made aware of on the phone before driving two hours to the dealership. At one point, there was some wiggle room - then there wasn't any wiggle room. They didn't tell me until after I had signed the contract and purchased the truck that there was only one key for the truck and that I'd have to pay them full price for a second key to the truck I'd just bought. We had brought this up prior to purchasing and he never mentioned there was only one key. Lastly, when they filled up the truck with gas - they put less than a quarter tank of gas in the truck which didn't even get me home. Unless they have the perfect car for you, do not shop here.

    This location cannot run a full diagnostic test on GMC vehicles yet they placed one on the lot with a broken transmission and muffler dropping off. I was promised a loaner vehicle and it has taken over 3 weeks. Carson the salesperson has been m.i.a. Somehow they view this as being the customers fault when their quality control should have caught this. I have asked to speak with GM and they did not return my message. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. Justin from customer service never called back to update loaner status. Snoop from used car management has not been in contact with Alex at Herndon where my car has been sitting for 30 days. I have spoken to the finance company and would like my deposit returned. You did not check the car and expect me to uber back and forth to work and pay car note, insurance, and leave my deposit on a vehicle that had no business being on the lot. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as soon as possible.

    Will never use for maintenance on truck again. Paint shop is great! Maintenance and Gil is terrible. Installed engine in truck. No indication of other issues before work was done. Got truck back, no transmission fluid in transmission. Had to have transmission rebuilt. Then truck started skipping. Said catalytic converter was reason. Catalytic converter check good. Was a vacuum leak which was a problem after engine installation. Terrible service. Did get $700 shop credit by General Manager, Jamil, for time it took to install engine. Will be suing dealership for inconvenience and other damages if I’m not made whole as a result of issues caused by Classic Ford.

    Very poor customer service. They kept my vehicle over a month and did nothing on the car. I was told by the Service Advisor when I had it towed in that they would get back to me shortly. After a week, no response. I contacted them and was told they would be getting in it. 2 weeks later the car had not moved. No contact on their behalf. Finally had it towed to another dealership to get the issue resolved. No way to treat a customer.

    This is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. My car has three recalls plus an issue I wanted them to look at. I’ve waited a week to get it inspected now keep in mind my car was parked at the dealership for over a week. My appointment for the inspection was Thursday. Thursday rolls around, no call, no communication. I’m calling them Friday and the tech stated that my car hasn’t been inspected yet. Then finally I get a call back with the details of my inspection. He gave me his direct extensions and said to leave him a message if he doesn’t answer…he never answers. The service desk never answers. You’ll be on hold for over 30min. There is absolutely no communication, you might get a call back days later if you’re lucky. I left this tech a message to get someone to email me the inspection letter. No call back - and of course no inspection letter. Please if you ever need service - take your car to a different dealership!!!

That still hasnt happened and it has been over 5 days.     My power steering went out, but I was luckily still in the extended warranty! They definitely tried to sell me 4 tires when I only needed 2 and tried to sell me brake pads and rotors when I only needed brake pads, which was annoying. There's another shop that I always go to for tires, so I declined the tires and planned to get tires the day after. Also, declined the brake service and will do elsewhere soon. In the end, the plan was to replace the rack and pinion, 2 tie rod ends and do an alignment. Took the service department several days to confirm the warranty, order the parts and make the repairs, which was ok and they called/communicated fairly well along the way. The receipt shows there was a multipoint inspection but I didn't get a copy of it, which was disappointing. Receipt also seems to confirm the parts were replaced and an alignment done. However, when I was getting new tires the very next day the shop told me that the toe on my front was way off, seemingly indicating that classic Ford didn't bother doing the alignment that they claimed to have done. I bet they charged the warranty for it anyways. Additionally, I had requested that they put my spare tire on to replace one of the worn tires, they agreed but didn't bother doing that either. Overall, disappointing service especially for such a critical system. I don't have alot of trust that they have my interests in mind and not their bottom line. However, they did honor the extended warranty, so points for that.

    Had my 2020 Nautilus 10,000 oil change and tire rotation with full car detailing done. Oil change done, tire rotation done BUT I would have expected them to check tire pressure but they didn’t. The detailing was was good but cup holder had a dried up spill on top and was still there, the carpet on the back of the rear seat was never cleaned or vacuumed.

    I received a recall letter that greatly disturbed me. I got an appointment two months out. I showed up after waiting 60 plus days and was told no loaners were available. I informed the service manager earlier that sitting in the waiting room all day wasn't an option in that I had several appointments. I was told to go sit down and something would be arranged. I offered to call my TRIP AAA service to check on a car or getting one from Enterprise. Nothing was done. They brought my car back to me, told me it was safe to drive. They had to order the part. A National Recall and they didn't have the part. 6 weeks later I still have not gotten a call to comeback for my free replacement I bought my car at your dealership. It will be my last!

    Service charges are highly ridiculous for the repairs. Had a broken gold chain in my glove compartment stolen from the mechanic or whom ever had access to my vehicle. Why were this person going through my glove compartment when I took it for mechanical issues. Thats why I don't like leaving my auto in shops I can monitor the service.

    Had my truck serviced here after a breakdown while passing through Columbia. Dean was my service advisor and he did a great job of helping get the truck fixed, working with my warranty provider to get the repair paid for and the entire major fix completed in 3 and a half days. Very pleased with my service experience.

    Very disappointed with our experience at the dealership today. We had communicated online and via email regarding trading in our vehicle for a new Lincoln. We had provided all of the personal information, ran the credit report, and agreed to the financing terms. We had an appointment for 2pm today to bring our trade in, sign the papers, and pickup the new vehicle. When we arrived the sales representatives looked it up for us. And informed us the vehicle we had agreed to purchase was not there because it was at coach Staley’s home as they were letting them drive and use it as they do with many of the cars. This chain of events is completely unacceptable and poor business practice. We had agreed to purchase a new vehicle at the set appointment time. Not a used vehicle that we would have to wait for the sales representative go pickup from another persons home. If you choose to let customers set appointments to come and sign paperwork after they have already provided all of the personal information needed; then I expect your business to honor the agreement made. If I wished to waste my time waiting around for a used vehicle once I got to the dealership I would have never provided all of my information online or allowed for my credit to be pulled.

    Rico took me under his wing and made me feel like family. I loved the fact that even though I was short in time, he did a quick overview on the controls and MyFord app and then told me I was always welcome to call and go I DEPTH with everything when I had time. Take your extra time from the hustle of Garners Ferry and go see Classic Ford, you will not be disappointed! I ha e purchased vehicles from both areas, I will definitely go back to see Classic.

    Took my Corsair in for an oil change and tire rotation. The wait was long, 2hrs 15 min, but Classic Lincoln in Columbia is always professional and courteous. I was in the mountains last week and due to the temperature change, the low tire alert came on. I had the tires checked and there was no problem but I couldn't get the alert message to delete. Lincoln showed me how to do this. Thank you Lincoln!

    If I could leave no stars I would. Impossible to get in touch with them. Had my car for 4 days before they even took a look at it. Called and spoke with one person who couldn't even find my car and it wasn't in the system. Such poor communication between departments, I ended up having my car towed elsewhere because I was unwilling to continue dealing with them. I was promised call backs time after time and never received them.

    Very friendly staff. Worked with the price. I got exactly what I wanted. EDIT: Until I brought my truck in for the drop in bed liner. The service department literally put it ni the back of the truck and tried to kick it in place, Bending both of the side rails. (The bed liner was not in place). I took it back and they fixed the bed liner, but not the rails. I brought it back again and they replaced the rail caps. And just to really drive home that they think your vehicle is garbage, they left the broken tabs from the old caps in the bed. Still didn't fix the rails. Had to leave it another day for them to "fix" the rails. They did straighten them, but you can tell they were bent. Their service department thinks your car is garbage and treats it as such. If you do buy a car here, get it served elsewhere.

    I was not happy with the service I received. My husband called and asked for the service manager to call him back and he never did. I was told that the mechanic recommended a new cabin filter. However, we just put one in 2 weeks ago. But I was told it wasn't very clean. Not sure how a cabin filter can not meet specifications in 2 weeks time. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I will not be going back to this dealership again. However, 5 STARS to my shuttle driver Fred who was super nice and called me while he was on his way to get me and chit chatted freely with me. He was a super nice guy so at least that was something positive that came from the appointment.

    I was met as i entered the garage area for my Quick Lane appointment and greeted by name. My service contract covers an oil change and tire rotation as well as a 21 point inspection every 6 months. The whole process took slightly more than an hour, and I received a complete copy of the results for my service records.

    No one greets you, we've been waiting to get checked in, even with an appointment we had made. Staff seemed to be confused, disorganized. While waiting another lady walked in, skipped the line and got checked in.i did not feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer at all.We had to leave and reschedule since nobody knew anything or could give us an estimate how long the diagnosis would take. What they do know is how much they want to charge you.

    Prompt and courteous. I made an appointment online and they sent me a reminder with an option to reschedule at my convenience if necessary. I showed up just ahead of my scheduled time and they pulled my vehicle in right away. When dropping it off I asked about any other maintenance that might need to be performed and was told that they would inspect it and let me know, and sure enough, they called and told me that 2 filters should be replaced. So not only was Classic Ford/Lincoln fast and courteous, they also followed through with my added request and made sure to get my approval before doing the work and charging me for it. I have certainly found my go-to for any and all services and repairs on my 2019 F-350 Super Duty. 5 stars for sure!

    One of the only times I was ever comfortable with a salesman and finance manager..in working with dealerships. Both were customer oriented, friendly and human. At no time felt pressure or doubt in all aspects of our time with them. Our salesperson was newly in the sales team but was clearly fitted for the position. He was more than willing to admit he was being helped but made sure we were not left feeling that we weren’t important. He will be an asset to the firm. The finance lady was above the bar in how she handled all the needed paperwork and explaining all of it. Was a true pleasure to work with both.
