Thank You to everyone at Platinum for the amazing work on my Cadillac! Shout out to Crystal for keeping me informed through out the entire process. She even had my rental ready for me. She made this such an easy process. This is where you want to take your car to make it look like nothing ever happened. There is the gold standard, but they are the PLATINUM standard.

I had a very pleasant experience with the staff and service at Platinum Collision. My Lexus was repaired in the time frame that they quoted it would be completed and it looks just as a good as when I first got it. Very friendly people who placed high quality care on my car!

Took the my Hyundai elantra 2018 about 2 weeks ago, because it was hit while I was at work, and the person left the scene, they finished the job in about to weeks. The outcome of my car came out better than I expected, they were really good respectful and honorable people, I would recommend this place to friends and family. They did a great job and threw in a complimentary car wash and interior cleaning, couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome.

My entire experience with Platinum Collision was wonderful. When I arrived to drop off my car for repairs, there was a rental car already set up for me and waiting at enterprise. Almost everyday, I was updated on the status of car and estimated delivery date. Ralina at the front desk kept me informed at all times and made sure everything was sent to insurance and for rental car extension. My car turned out amazing, and was returned to me looking better than it did before! They went above and beyond!! Tom and his staff are a pleasure to deal with. They have my business from now on.

They never gave me complete quote for my car. I read lot of othere reviews where people complained about if you are not using insurance they don't even take your car.

I had a pretty deep scratch in the car from someone who keyed my car. After I dropped off my car, they offered to have enterprise come and pick me up, but unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover a rental. I was going on a trip so I didn’t need the car back urgently. They sent me text message updates to the frequency I desired (I said every other day). This was great so I never had to call and wonder what the status of the repair was. They said it would be done in about a week. They finished it in 5 days. This includes tearing down the vehicle to see if there was any other damage, and fixing the scratch and repainting all surfaces, and washing my car and cleaning/sanitizing the interior. My car literally looks better than brand new now and they finished faster then the projected time frame. They are so polite and the facility smells great and is very clean. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, I have had to use Platinum Collision's services three times in the past year. The Platinum tram is terrific - always polite and helpful, making the process of getting your car fixed nearly painless. Their estimates are always on target and if there are any changes, they review all of them with you in advance of the repair. I highly recommend Platinum.
