I must admit that it's not that easy to trust someone, especially when it comes down to choosing the right loan officer, but Chasity and her team, but most importantly Chasity automatically earned my trust on this process from start to finish! And it does not stop here! She was always so very thorough about the whole process and whenever I did not understand something she always broke it down for us!
