City National Bank & Trust South Waco Ave, Glenpool

Do not bank here. They will debit your account, without notice, for what they call "collections" from 20 years ago that they never attempted to collect on. And they have zero shame about doing so. Go find a reputable bank. There are plenty out there.

Today the guy sitting behind the counter at 2:15 PM who was doing nothing, rejected my quarters and I have with this longer than he will ever work here . I will avoid this branch from now on. It's the people who make the branch. It's difficult to find good people.

Thomas and Dakota are located at the Glenpool Oklahoma Branch inside Walmart. These two gentlemen have incredible customer service, friendly, and very professional. Highly recommend.

Tymon noveskey and robin rowan are the two nicest ppl I have ever banked with. They do and great job and try and help out as much as possible. I will forever use this bank thank you city national bank for the great customer service

Very hard to get ahold of, and they don’t make it easy to set up overdraft protection either Will also charge 25 dollars for everytime you spend with an overdraft and for everyday you have an overdraft This bank is not a good one at all I’ve been with them for 2 years and they have costed me so much money in it all and yes I have tried to get overdraft protection a few times I never leave reviews so anyone who’s reading this please take into consideration of what I’m saying and go to another bank I like bank of Oklahoma

City National Bank is more than a bank, it's family!! The employees at the Glennpool branch make you feel this way! They will have your account up before your up to the counter! Always have a smile on their face, and a kind words to say! They have even offered to carry out my groceries! We have been customers for several years, and wouldn't dream of banking anywhere else! The bank employees are very polite and always smiling! I enjoy doing business with them. They are very informative and take the time to ensure that the customers are taken care of and satisfied with the service they receive. Just an awesome bank! The only bad thing is you have to go into Walmart to do business. I would like to see them open a branch in Sapulpa!

I have 3 accounts with CNB. Colin, at the Woodland Hills branch, is a wonderful person to deal with. He’s a go-getter in every sense of the word!
