Kristina I opened a account with City Bank becouse of Kristina and her positive out going personality. She made me feel like she truely cared about me and my banking needs. Jennifer at the B A Walmart location is amazing. I am at Walmart a lot shopping and everytime I see her she is smiling and waving. She goes a step above and calls me by name and asks how I'm doing. That's amazing customer service!

Hopefully this message will go somewhere up high I bank it 121st and elm in broken arrow at the City national Bank and I love love the people there they are outstanding they have helped me with many many issues I've been a customer for I think 12 to 15 years it's all about them that I've stayed and I just moved to owasso and I love coming down here and having them service me
