City National Bank - Mineola N Pacific St, Mineola

My family has been doing business with City National Bank in Mineola for many years. They have always provided us with great service and attention, and consistently exceed my expectations! So when I was ready to buy my first home, Lori Puckett was the first person I called! We purchased our first home this year, and as we all know buying a first home is incredibly stressful! Going in we didn't understand anything about the mortgage process. Lori Puckett and Cristina Tellez made themselves available to me via any method of my choice - email, office phone or cell phone! Lori was so knowledgeable and attentive and always made us feel more comfortable and educated. Christina made sure to communicate everything she needed from me so I never felt overwhelmed or behind. If I ever had any questions about where we were in the process all I had to do was pick up the phone and call. Everything went by so smoothly and much faster then I thought was possible! We couldn't have asked for better or kinder people to help us. I cannot recommend City National Bank enough. I highly recommend giving Lori Puckett a call, she is most definitely someone you can trust. Tell her I sent you!

They used to have the nicest employees and excellent service. Since some have retired or left customer service and competence has steadily gone downhill. Would not recommend banking with them any longer.

The best customer bank in my experiences with banks in Mineola. Love the people and the personal home like feel with each vidit.

Great staff and customer service !!!

This bank has been a God send. I am POA for my elderly mom who lives in Mineola. I live out of state. I have to regularly call customer service about issues with my mom's bank account mostly due to issues created by my mom and her inability to manage her affairs. The people know me, they know my mom, they are bending over backwards to assist. They even keep an independent eye on my mom's account...can't tell ya how they makes me feel secure in knowing someone is watching over my mom's financial affairs. I highly recommend them.

PLEASE turn down your parking lot night lights! They are blinding to everyone driving by or living North of your lot. They are evidently aimed too high.

IS it such a big deal that I would rather go though the drive though then use the ATM what does it matter It’s my choice I don’t want attitude about it thwre was no one in the drive though so why am I catching attitude for it that’s what it is for

Most Staff is very rude and disrespectful. Courtney is very nice.
