I've banked with City National Bank for over 20 years. They are a great hometown bank and they've helped me out many times over the years. Once when I was buying a house on a Friday and was waiting for a funds transfer, City National stayed open until 7:30 p.m. so that I could close on the mortgage and move into my new house that weekend. Try getting that level of service from any other bank!

They are so slow with refinancing process. They only have one person who takes care of loans.I leave voicemails and messages and they never return my calls or messages.
