Misty Wells was the best! I just needed to open up a savings account and she explained everything perfectly. We were having some computer issues and she kept apologizing for it. Which was so nice she didn’t have to do that. She also referred me to the Loan Officer at her location which is great because I’m looking looking to get a loan from them too. Anyways she was the sweetest, kindest, and funniest gal there. Absolutely loved her!

We went to the Duncanville location to change our bank account due to a potential scam that we fell prey to and was met with resistance. We were told that a police report would be needed but the potential fraud had not occurred yet but we knew in our Hearts, it was a matter of time. We left the branch upset and frustrated. My husband told me to try another branch so we went to the Waxahachie location and we are so GLAD we did! We had experienced the BEST customer service from Kendrick G. He was absolutely WONDERFUL. Words can not express how grateful we were for him. He helped us change our account information and because of him, we can sleep. Thank you once again for the AWESOME service you provided!!!!

Greatest place to bank dfw The Waxahachie location, from mgt to clerks to loan staff all excellent. They know me by name, always friendly curious. I know most of thier names, but don't want to list incase I leave someone out. I have banked and financed with them for many years now. So hard to find this kind of service anymore. The staff here makes the bank, its thier service that has kept me and my family there. Rates are good but staffing is the best. Thanks city credit union Waxahachie!!🙏👆

Trevor Bishop is great to work with. He is very friendly and took very good care of us. He was very professional and did every thing in a timely manner. We have been with City Credit Union for over 7yrs and have been very pleased with the Waxahachie branch. Everyone there is great to work with. Highly recommend this Credit Union.

Trevor the loan officer hooked me up fast, friendly, and easy. The entire staff was pleasant, Enjoy my local bank. Keep the ATM with money though, it has been empty on 3 or more occasions. That's not fun, at all.

I recently had a member services appointment on 1/19/22 in regards to getting assistance with an account with City CU. The situation was conveyed, and after some dialogue the rep pinpointed the best possible solution to get the issue resolved efficiently! Service was prompt and very professional! The representative was extremely helpful with the situation at hand, and did a superb job representing the finest example of effective financial services!
