Citizens State Bank S Day St, Brenham

After being with Wells Fargo for years I'm slowly moving everything to Citizens. This particular bank is one of the best. All the staff are helpful and have a great attitude. They know what they're doing and don't waste time. I've dealt with Blake and Allison in the past and they have always been straightforward, given me the best rates, and have my best interest in mind. Great people make a great bank, and this is a perfect example of that. Thanks Citizens!

The bank isn't as good since Pat left. there are still good and helpful people there but not very many. I love Gail and the one lady that has been there forever that works in the lobby. The girls in new accounts need training on how to talk to customers. They talk down to you.

Was treated rudely when I would ask questions in order to better educate myself as to how particular loans function. Tellers and such are very polite. May have just had a bad experience with a particular individual but bad enough I wont go back to Brenham location for loans anymore. Polar opposite with Somerville location! Never had any issues with Somerville.

This is a fantastic bank that isn't afraid to loan money. I tried them because I do work on many peoples properties and could clearly see that they were loaning money. I switched to them from another local bank that was just too strict with their lending.

Professional staff in all departments. Welcoming, efficient, super helpful. I love to come here. Thank you for being such a great facility.

This Bank is not as friendly as other Banks I worked with, few or their new workers smile as you walk in and delay of returning your calls is biggest problem they have but if you show you can pay them back you have better chance of getting loans

Good place to bank! Overall the employees are not as welcoming since the bank was remodeled. They smiled and interacted more making customers feel appreciated!!! The home grown feeling was lost with the expansion... WHERE are those smiles.☺ . . .

I've been a customer here for many years. It is not the friendly bank it once was. Of late I've felt like I was nothing more than another number.

It's a very good bank and I've been to all their other branches and I'm very satisfied with them all. I grew up in the area where the main branch is and the ppl are very nice.
