Citizens Savings Bank & Trust Jefferson St, Nashville

This place of business is a whole joke. I went in the location 10/15/21 to open account to try to stay in OUR community. They called me 05/13/22 to try and finish my application. Haven’t heard from the since the day I went in. These people are a joke I would put 2 cent in this bank. Claim they under new management. They leave us no other options. I have to go to navy federal.

They don't allow people who don't bank there to use their coin machine. Thought about opening an account here since it's down the street but that changed my mind real quick. Scammers

Worst telephone service ever. After 50 min on hold, a woman that barely spoke english "transferred" me and I hung up.

This is the slowest bank in the world. The atm has been missing for months . If you want to deposit your money and wait forever this is the bank for you.

This bank is the worst bank to deal with. I was defrauded by one of their clients and my bank sent a wire recall. They did not acknowledge it and basically told both my bank and myself that they would not give the money back. I have lost 3895$ USD (5380$ CAD) based on their unwillingness to help out or even investigate fraudulent issues.

Why would you hire staff not properly train them… And what app do I download there’s other citizens trust They have a white girl working there I believe intentionally ruining accounts… DO REAL BUSINESS EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY FEWER PEOPLE MORE MONEY

I love the staff. It's like you're banking with family. Super helpful and kind. This feedback is constructive because I really want to continue to bank with them because of obvious reasons however there needs to be some upgrades done to keep up with the times. I would hope to see an option for Zelle, an accessible ATM and less wait time to speak with one if their awesome representatives.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Citizens bank. I really appreciate the personal relationships that have evolved through my years of being associated with the bank. I encourage all African American business owners to consider opening accounts and doing business with Citizens, as i believe that you will be very satisfied. I have been in business for 40 years and I'm proud to say, that I have my business with Citizens!

The bank and it’s associates have been great. When there was problems with my Mama’s account they jumped right into action to fix it. Thanks to Ms. Keenyattrice Ensley she’s been a blessing.

Love banking with them, my own people. Not happy it's taken them 3 weeks to clear a personal check I deposited. Still waiting smh
