NEVER EVER BANK with this bank! Some of the ladies that work there are straight up RUDE! I am disabled and they wouldn't shut up long enough to hear what I was asking about my account. I was talked over and put down due to my status in the community. Needless to say when asking questions I was laughed at and basically made fun of. So PLEASE find somewhere else to bank dont deal with the hag at the main branch. Don't deal with Julie in document printing! Liked it much h better when Joel worked with me on any questions and my account's.

My husband and I have banked with Citizens National Bank for years. The staff is always friendly and professional. We are blessed to have such a great relationship with such an amazing financial institution.

Citizens national bank, probably the worst bank in Somerset Kentucky! Highly unprofessional! In fact I even worked there and so did my wife! When I wore a tie and they told me I had to dress down because I was overdressed? I thought you were supposed to look presentable at a bank? I guess not it's all about khakis and polo's! My wife got fired deliberately because a customer who she knew decided to tell her the wrong thing on the account! Never work for citizens, they are a terrible employer! They hire only to fire! Every new hire is fired within a year, Their service is awful and it is all drama within, even in banking! My advice go to Fortch bank or or community trust, any bank except citizens! You will be very disappointed with your service! The human resource department is completely awful and the president is only there for show, literally the worst experience I've ever had working for a bank or banking with them, the accounts are always messed up and there's money missing all the time!!! Please save your self a mess and find a new bank!

As a bank they’re great. Great service and friendly staff. The hours on google are wrong though considering it says Monday through Thursday open til 5pm. I went down there and the bank closed at 4.

Had a very good experience there setting up a checking account. Hillary Schultz was very helpful in helping me set up a checking account and was able to explain all the choices that had to be made very well. Overall definitely a great bank and with great staff!

Great community Bank willing to sit down with you and discuss your financial options and treat you like a person, in a way larger banks can't/won't. Despite being a community Bank with a personal touch, they have a full array of services to offer as well, like online & mobile app banking, and mobile deposit.

The staff are rude and stuck up. Love the bank though. The location they have by Get fit in Somerset, they are a lot more friendly.

Very friendly and helpful with my needs.
