    The ladies at this branch office are so rude and unpleasant. The only time they even smile is if they're talking to one another. Been coming to this branch for years as it's closest to me, but am considering another location, or different bank all together. They use to be so nice and friendly, and it's become apparent this past year that no one here seems to like their job. They definitely don't represent Citizens in a positive way anymore, makes you feel like your an inconvenience to them.
