I've gotten loans from Citizens several times and each time the process was smooth and the ladies were so sweet and professional. I had to get a loan to pay for my son's surgery after a horrible incident and they were able to give me the funds and asked about him anytime I talk to them. They genuinely care about their customers.

I've done business with Citizens several times over the years & they've never disappointed me. They're always very polite & courteous. Citizens Financial is the only loan company my husband & I will ever use. Just ask for Julie, she'll help you out.

Such a wonderful experience always ,called to get cash and in less than an hour I was picking up cash ! Carrie and all the staff there are so friendly ,caring and professional !
