Terrible. After providing all information to them no follow up was done. When debts were received and passed on to organization, no one attempted to contact the debt collector which resulted in multiple garnishments. When the account was closed, over one half of what was in the third party account was taken as payment for not doing what they were hired for. What money was suppose to be returned has taken over a month to receive.

I have dealt with Tom Fischer from day one he has been so helpful. Ive been with them less than a year and they have been amazing. They are on the ball very efficient. Tom has been a blessing with his help and encouragement . I am beyond pleased with the way they have helped me and how quickly they have obtained settlements Tom is so helpful and truly cares about his clients. I consolidated the debt with Citizens and have had good result. The 15,000 is now owing 10,000 in a 6 months. Good customer service.

I enrolled with Citizens Debt Relief in November of 2021. Paul Hyland was my financial consultant and did an excellent job of explaining the program. I owe $25,000 in credit cards and now I feel so secure knowing that Paul and his team are working on my account and have my back.

I personally had a bad experience with this company. I suggest if you consider this company , please do all your research before making a decision. My experience to use this company has caused me a lot of heartache. It was extremely hard to get to get a statement on my account. and no return phone calls after I signed up. Their fee is quite high for the little service they provide.

This company really came to the rescue. My hours got cut from work because of Covid and I had a lot of debt from credit cards since the rent didn’t change! I found Citizens online and I spoke Conor who was very blunt about my situation breaking down the numbers. I needed to hear what he had to say so I could take action. Now 6 months in 2 of my accounts are settled and I’ve saved about $2,500 in monthly payments!

*Edit:. After seeing my negative review, they were more than eager to be more cooperative, and answered all of my questions. I have now made a total of 12 payments to citizens debt relief, in the total of $2,119.86, and the only account that they were able to negotiate a payment plan with has decreased its balance by only $89. That leaves $2,030.86 worth of my money that has not gone towards anything. I have not been able to reach anyone but a recording.

I would highly recommend this company. I enrolled about 25,000 of debt with them and they have been very responsive and easy to work with. They do a good job at relieving my stress when I call in to ask for updates. They were able to obtain 2 settlements within the first year and it really is a load off my shoulders.
