Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch Mcknight Rd, Pittsburgh

I moved out of state but kept my account open with plans on moving back within a few years. 2 time in the last 6 months I have had my account broken into. The first time it took the company over a month and a half to get me my new bank card and I had to have it sent to another person's house so I can have it sent to me by them. This time around it took 2 weeks before I had to call and have them overnight my card to another person's house so they can send it to me, and your company still charged me money to have it overnighted to the other person's house after your company had lost my card multiple times. Not to mention it took longer to replace the money in my account than they told me it would on top of calling multiple times just to make it happen. I will be closing my account with citizens as soon as I come back home.

I have been banking at this branch since it opened and I've always had good experiences here. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees.

It works, but the ATM is overpriced., at $3.50.

Where is the 0 star option? WORST BANK EVER. My card went missing on Tuesday I reported it to the Wexford-GE location at 9805 McKnight Road Pittsburgh, PA 15237. Spoke to 3 different people. I was told that if I reached out to them by 4:00pm on 6/27/17 I would have my new card in my hands on 6/28/17. Well it's 6/28/17 and my card is not here. Called the branch and spoke with Chris Campbell who assured me that it is being sent out and should get it by tomorrow. Called the customer service line to complain about the fact that I did not get the card today to find out that MY CARD WAS NEVER EXPEDITED!!!!!!!!!! Didn't even put my account on hold incase it was stolen. NOTHING. They also told me that the charge was $25 and come to find out it's only $12. Miscommunication all over the place. Nothing consistent. Was promised a card tomorrow and then all of a sudden it's not going to be in tomorrow and now MAYBE Friday after telling them MULTIPLE TIMES that I will be going on vacation. Currently on the phone with PNC and they have been more than helpful. Setting up an account with them as we speak. They even print out cards for you right then and there! No "sending out cards". Can't wait to be done with Citizens!!!!!! Seriously, save yourself the trouble and stay clear of Citizens!!!!!!!!

Unbelievable how stupid the people are that work at this location. They literally don't even know how to set up a simple checking account. Not an exaggeration!
