Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch Washington Pike, Bridgeville

Had one of the worst experiences I've ever experienced that a Citizens Bank branch. At first their system erroneously flagged my valid paycheck as being some sort of a "duplicate" then Brandy Thomas the manager said that she refused to deposit it because of the signature on the check. I had to seriously go get my employer (who was luckily with me that day), inconvenience him to walk into the store to verify that yes that was actually my paycheck. Then the icing on the cake I go to use my card the next day and I'm told my card is declined. Everywhere I go my card gets declined. Apparently my card had been shut off for multiple incorrect pin attempts at that particular branch. I ABSOLUTELY 100% remember entering my pin at the branch ONE TIME and they were able to access my account. When I called the branch to try to solve the problem, to find out what had happened, and was my card at risk. Brandy Thomas, the manager seemed unconcerned, and told me that she had other appointments to attend to, probably one of the rudest Citizens Bank employees I have EVER come across.

New citizens customer and I have been to this branch twice. both times were great experiences. Yesterday I went and the guys were very nice and complimented my kids hats and gave them lollipops. I will always use this branch!

Great bank helpful, courteous and prompt. This branch is a great example of how customer service is done.

Horrible. I went to cash my bonds in and they said they don't do that anymore. I have an account with them and this was the closest one to me. I called another location (south hills village) and the manager there said they will cash them. I asked the manager/ supervisor at the giant eagle to call the manager at the south hills village one to discuss it so I wouldn't have to drive all the way there to cash my bonds, she wouldn't. She just said we don't do that anymore. So in the end I cashed my bonds at south hills village location. Which apparently they will still go through and will cash them. Giant eagle citizens bank get it together, do your job, and help out your customers.

This branch has excellent hours and great customer service. We were helped by Alaina, she was extremely knowledgeable and got us in and out quickly. She went above and beyond to ensure the account was set up exactly how we wanted. Highly recommended!

Taylor is a joy to do business with. Always professional. Always helpful. The whole team at this branch is very friendly .
