Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch State Rd, Plymouth

I mainly use the ATM here and not the other banking features, but it is really handy and convenient to have a grocery store, bank, and FedEx drop off all in one location!

Useless, if the money dispenser isn’t working you can not cash a check. No alternatives, a bank that relies on a machine.

STAY AWAY!!! As a prior customer, I had the pleasure (as it was at time of opening with all smiles) of opening accounts here a few years back, soon realizing it was not a user friendly fee structure so i left, no harm as they were not my primary bank, nor my 2nd bank- i was opening a door that i may have wanted to explore if need arose. My issue today is the 7 dollars they stole from me yesterday, under the guise of “Fee”. I had a check (personal) given to me drawn on citizen’s bank, so i choose to cash it here as i was shopping at Shaw’s. They had the audacity to steal a 7 dollar "fee" for cashing MY CHECK- TO ME?? Needless to say, i am shocked at the bank (the teller was as nice as could be, this was not her policy so i was not verbal to her other than expressing my shock, surprise, and promise to tell anyone who uses the bank of my 7 dollar fleecing) *I hope it was worth the 7 dollars to get such reviews to warn others away from banking here, really? You need a new marketing department and a conscience. 7 dollars Citizens bank, really, was it worth it? If you truly had needed 7 dollars so badly, I would have given it to you, rather than have it stolen from me in such a shameful manner.

Staff is pleasant, helpful and professional. So glad they r in a location so convenience.

Small bank but fast and friendly customer service. It's located within the Shaw's supermarket, at the front of the store near the checkout lanes and cash registers. It also has a Citizens Bank ATM machine, which is accessible whenever Shaw's is open.

This branch is awesome; super friendly, fast, professional, and always available to assist with questions and concerns. I wrote this review specifically to counter the one Jeff left 7 years ago. He obviously did NOT HAVE an account if he was charged a fee. Lady, PLEASE!

I love this branch, I’ve been going there for years.Any time I come in they all know me by name and they always go over and beyond with their customer service. They are just awesome
