Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch Cranberry Hwy, East Wareham

Extremely rude staff. They ignore you. And when they do notice they were very insulting. I’ve been banking with Citizens for years. When I moved we had to use this Wareham branch. The Plymouth banks had good customers service. Sad that I’ll have to change banks. I liked the convenience of having a bank in the grocery store.

The worst experience I’ve ever had I was want to not get an account at this bank and I should have listened to continuously tell me my funds are available then you use them and then money gets posted back in and they hit you with all kind of overdraft fees it should be illegal what they are doing.Then when you call and have a problem all they do is try to fight with you rather than to resolve the problem their management team is horrible my opinion that is the problem

Was given a citizen's check and went to cash it at this branch. I was told there was a $7.00 charge for cashing checks. When I complained, I was told that all big Banks did this. And this is why I use a local bank.

Long lines, unhelpful staff. Manager rude

Was told that my father could not sign over his check to me and that I couldnt deposit it. I have an account there or I had one. They said that we could try and deposit it in the atm but that the check might not clear...well guess what it cleared no problem pretty sad that a machine know more about banking 101 than their tellers because signing over a check to someone is done all the time and we are related which was even crazier. Idk they suck so i left and went to a local credit union

I use this branch regularly and have found the employees to be most helpful- with a special shout out to Ruth who is always pleasant and goes above and beyond!

The team has been very kind and transparent about every aspect of my account and is always helpful.
