How you can provide for a information of your accounts and say. Yes Mrs. Customers your vehicle is payoff, and you going to receive in the mail a refund for $16.89 that is all your refund. When you’re calling in reference of the keep charging on a vehicle that been payoff a month ago. And they tell you not to have any notifications that the account is closed.. please someone explain to me. The five stars me they gives you the best experience greeting you.

Worst bank ever. Run like the wind from this bank. I pay my mortgage one week EARLY, every month via my bank's online banking. Because I missed adding the escrow increase of $93, they put my mortgage payment toward the Principal and didn't tell me. Then, the first call I get is from their COLLECTIONS department! No email, no text message, no USPS note, to let me know that there is a problem. I am now moving my mortgage loans to another bank and will always steer my business contacts away from this terrible institution.

Tried to cash a check at your Whitman branch two people working there but the guy sitting in the office doing nothing wasn’t willing to cash a check for me while the girl was very busy with another customer that was going to be a while pretty poor service

Absolutely Horrendous. Debited my account twice and don't have an answer as to how and why. They also are not sure on time frame of returning MY money. Worst company I have ever dealt with. When I finally spoke to a manager, Randy, she hung up on me. As an educated professional myself, I was abhorred by the lack of professionalism and rudeness of the managerial representative Randy. If that is how they handle escalated customer calls, I would recommend looking elsewhere for an auto loan. The lowest rate is not always the best.... I will be moving my auto loan elsewhere.

Have owned and financed many cars. Never have I had the issues I've experienced with Citizens One (dealer financed). 30+ days and a hefty fee to do a state change on your title, through a 3rd party, when other banks and credit unions do it for free in 5-10 business days! Then an "e-pay" webiste that is also apparently seperate from the actual bank and does not show you up to date status of your account. A phone call and an hr long hold just to be disconnected. A repeat phone call to update an address, and in addition the service rep gives me another phone number to call to dispute a credit bureau reporting which turns out to be a trans union number to order a free credit report (not interested). So call back the Citizens One number to get the correct phone number only to be told by this service rep that there is no record of the address change I had just made 5 minutes before!! Make address change request again and get the number to the credit bureau department, which is actually a FAX number and required you to write a letter. Never doing business here again to say the least. Considering refinancing just to cut ties with this totally awful lending institution.

Only had an automobile loan with them. Just paid it off, hope to distance myself from this horrible company as far away as possible. Will never, ever have any type of banking account with them, or anything else. They wasted hours and hours of my time with their ineptitude and horrible customer service. They seem woefully understaffed in customer service, and only a few of the ones they have seem to have a grasp of what they are doing. Multiple times, remained on phone waiting and waiting to talk to someone, who then transferred me to someone else, then call went dead, etc. etc. Chat service on website was not helpful. A few people were particularly rude and unprofessional. A couple of people in customer service seemed to have it together. I hope they find a better company to go to. Good bye!!

My experience with a car loan with this bank is horrible....they initially had my address wrong so I didn't receive my car payment bill for 2 months. They finally called and it seemed to take an auto of God to straighten that out. Ironically...they sent a confirmation of my address change to me but to the wrong address. My wife attempted to set up auto pay....the website showed we were set up....but apparently we were not....so I got to jump thru hoops with them again and they charged me late fees....I asked them to waive the fees because their website said we had established auto pay....these loan sharks refused to waive the late fees. Now the fun part starts. I tried to call them to find out why the fees were not waived. It's almost impossible to talk to a human....recording asks 4 loan number then says conversation may be recorded for quality purposes....then hangs up....wow....what a joke this has been. Horrible experience...lack of customer service...website apparently doesn't work correctly or is not user friendly.....nothing but a pain from day 1. Im going to pay off my loan in full so I don't pay these incompetent clowns 1 more penny of interest and will never deal with them in the future. 0 Stars or a negative number is what they deserve but I guess the lowest allowed stars is 1.....so my 1 star rating is under protest....smh...😒

Someone answered the phone immediately and was able to answer my question without transferring me to anyone. The whole call lasted like 30 seconds. So impressed.

This bank is the worst experience I have EVER had. I paid the auto loan in FULL on June 2 and as of TODAY - June 20 - I STILL DON'T HAVE A TITLE FOR THE VEHICLE THAT IS MINE. NOR DO I HAVE A LIEN SATISFACTION LETTER that I can take to the local DMV to get a title. I have called this bank multiple times over these last several weeks trying to get the title that is rightfully mine to NO avail. I am disgusted with Citizen's One Auto. They are not customer friendly. Don't expect good or professional service from this business. Goats on tables do a better job than Citizen's Bank.

Worst auto loan provider that I have ever used --- no easy way to see what you owe each month/if the bill has been paid fully. I called 3 times in one day to get a balance and was given 3 different amounts. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!
