Citizens Bank - Banking & Wealth Center William Penn Hwy, Monroeville

Monroeville branch is the worst bank I've ever dealt with , I have never had a smooth transaction at that bank they have shorted me at the ATM drive-thru, they have given my new debit card numbers to people with old debit cards, the manager there ignored me when I tried to explain a problem to her. So I have taken out all my money and I will never have any more dealings with Citizens Bank.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location today. The long-haired red-headed gentleman, whose name I did not catch, was very helpful and kind. Will come to this location again for my banking needs.

Terrible service. 1 teller. After a 10 min. wait the transaction still not completed with 2 people in front of me, had to leave. Have appointments I must keep. You need more than 1 teller!!! Have been receiving poor service, mistakes etc. at various branches. Believe I will have to do my banking elsewhere. Moving my accounts to PNC

Getting rid of the drive thru was a very big mistake, this was of great help to mothers with children, disabled people, elderly people, people who are in a hurry, and convenience! Wasted money on remodeling. Dont fix what’s not broken. All other banks have drive thru services.

Wouldn't cash my check into me and my girlfriends account what kinda bank wont take your money I get trying to take it out but really putting it in?

Company has very poor communication. I would never refer any business to Citizens. They do everything they can to establish an account with you. The moment you sign your signature cards. The relationship completely disappears. If you are a small business I would suggest working with a bank that specializes in business banking.

One of the worst counter services of citizens bank branches. The branch manager could not keep a consistant level of services for customers? My last visit showed an embarrassing slow moving line. My waiting took 16 minutes to reach my turn at the counter. Surely there's a tv monitor to view the waiting line? Only one teller handling a business account deposits and balance inquiry leaving a long line for the rest of the customers cueing up. When asked, we were told that the manager was training new tellers during peak morning hours? Luckily I maintain my business account at FNB!

I'm leaving this review because I'm touched by the compassion and high level of customer service that their employee Charles has exhibited. This was my mom's bank and she recently passed. Charles took some matters that seemed overwhelming to me, but he simplified things and got them done!

Nobody there wants to work anymore. Went in to ask about wiring money and both employees were completely bothered by it. Never again....
