Called to see if I needed an appointment to this bank as the one in Claremont said that is what they do now in order to talk with someone about an account that I am to be out on. I was told that in life you need an appointment, we’ll my 3 local banks don’t require an appointment so I let her know that once they get the account situated I will be pulling the money out and going to a bank that doesn’t require you to make an appointment about your account!!!

I was treated very poorly by the tellers when I tried to cash a personal check drawn from their Bank. They refused to honour a check that was for ten bucks. They wanted to charge me 7 to cash it or asked me to take it somewhere else even though it was theirs. Does that mean anyone who has an account there has to write checks for 7 over to pay a bill accurately?

the tellers are always awesome to me. and truly try to help people out even when those said people are being rude and difficult.
