ATM doesn't work if you try to access it after bank hours. Looks like their ATM server is always down. What's the point of choosing a bank closer to the area of acess if I have to drive to the other town's citizen bank ATM. Please fix the ATM.

This bank is terrible! I walked up to the teller, she gave no greeting or asked what she could help me with. Just kind of stared, sure we all have bad days, but take it till you make it. I was doing a deposit for work and somehow she ended up adding extra money to my deposit. I will not be using this bank again.

Atm broken and down half the time and the branch makes zero accommodations. Last time using this bank and branch. Not impressed.

Worst bank in history!! Atm never works and when it does your card gets eaten. Dirty bank, bad customer service and extreme disappointment await you as you enter.
