I went into the branch yesterday and spoke with Natasha and she was so kind and helpful and took her time to explain and helped me understand. I went to this bank today and I remembered why I stopped using this bank because the employees in this bank need a crash course in customer service the woman insinuating that the person in the license was not me.

It been probs like 2 months and i have been having trouble with my debit card. It all ways says my card is deactivated even tho the guy said it was all good... this is bs!
