Citizens Bank W Ridge Pike, Limerick

Our family opened 3 accounts with approx. 15K in each, and had a minor issue with our monthly transfer during 1 month and saw a small $10 fee in our 3 accounts. We fixed the transfer issue and called this location to request help (a 1-time request) with getting that fee back. The account manager who replaced the previous manager Will, really abruptly and rudely decline our request and just mentioned the account disclosures. She was very nice when opening our accounts and getting our money, but this was terrible customer service. We called a different location and she took care of us. Will NOT go back to this location!

Have been using this bank for about 10 years I have enjoyed working with the team here and recently decided to bring my business account to this branch. I was directed to work with Kathryn and am very upset with her responsiveness. As soon as my account was switched over I no longer became a priority, I have currently been told I was going to get a phone call from Kat for almost 3 weeks now and have placed several calls to the bank following up. Very unhappy with this and am happy to move my business elsewhere

For the past 6 months, every time I go to this particular branch I have issues with their ATM(s), they have 3 total. The drive thru ATM is never working(even though it looks like it should be working, it wont accept your card), The inside ATM always has booting issues so it is always out of order(some sort of system issues), and finally the outside ATM stopped accepting check deposits(but accepts cash deposits, which isnt what I need the atm for). Every time I plan on stopping here on my route to do errands I run into all of these problems. I'm not sure what is going on at this location but something needs to be fixed. I have gone to the Pottstown and Trappe branch and never run into issues. Very disappointed with this and will most likely not stop there again.

Just not a good bank and honestly i like the customer service that citizens provides this is isolated to just this branch i am not sure what happened to Trappe but i loved that branch this one in limerick not so much.

Was thinking about moving our accounts here, but to many bad reviews!!

Have been with "Citizens" back when it was Commerce Bank, 30+ years ago, bought out by citizens. The Limerick location is by far the worst bank we have ever delt with. Took out the drive up, the outside AMT machines don't work most times and the employees are just plain rude and ignorant. We are looking for another bank.

Went to cash in my paper savings bond and deposit at this branch and I was informed by the manager “all banks have stopped cashing bonds, this went into effect a month ago by the government. You will need to go on the US savings bond web site for instructions to redeem - which you will need to mail in your bond. So I went on the website and it states check your Local bank for cashing bonds. I went to PNC - thru the drive through. Well done citizens bank.

The whole needing an appointment to go to the bank is rediculous! All i had to do was cash a check. Takes 2 min. But instead had to go to phoenixville Citizens. Terrible system.

Encountered a banking error and Will went above and beyond to get everything resolved quickly.

I love this branch. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
