Citizens Bank North Ave, New Rochelle

We started with this branch when it formerly HSBC! Recently safe deposit boxes were being drilled out and removed. Thanks to Debbie and Asst. Mgr. Jose for their guidance! The only difficulty I had was getting through with their phone for a few days when the system was down.

Most HSBC banks I’ve been to are bright, clean and friendly staff. This branch is very dirty. They have had several lights and exit lights that have been out for months. Broken lights missing off the wall, there atms never work, the walls have stains on them & the staff always seem miserable to be working. Nice people just miserable in the face, guessing it’s management. I’m tired of the lazainess , I will not be returning to this branch.

What is a bank When the ATM does not work and you have to make a line of 10 minutes to be attended to make a withdrawal. and it is rare that the ATM when the opportunity presents itself is working. undoubtedly this is one of the worst banks of all the banks in the United States

Try openning a business account here. You won’t believe how bad their services are. They even discourage your endeavors. 👎

I know the people inside this building personally! I can say they’re really nice end professional! Always asking how my family is doing and they know my name name they Gucci

The outside ATM rarely works. HSBC is closing branches. Since they don't invest in this branch, I don't see it being open much longer.

This is the absolute worst branch in all of Westchester. Be prepared to wait in line no matter what time of the day you go.
