Citizens Bank Washington St, Brighton

Tellers are super friendly, but like 4 out of 5 times when I visited, I had to wait at least 10 min with long waiting line because there are only 2 counters serving customers. (Many times only one counter running) If you are in hurry, do not go this place. But if you don’t mind waiting 10 minutes and meeting very friendly tellers, you’ll be fine with this location.

I had an issue with this Branch regarding a tech failure at the ATM. *I was pretty Irate.* It was a disaster, a big deposit (that I think caused the ATM to crash) it was after they were closed. The ATM kept my deposit, no record of it. This Branch Bent over backwards for me. They’re great - BUT the Office if they President called me. I forget the lady’s name but she made everything alright. Citizens has my loyalty, as they really went way above and beyond to fix the issue. Grateful for all they did.

Decent neighborhood for a late night withdrawal.

They only have ONE person on customer service. You have to wait a lot for a simple thing.

Not really recommend this location. They might too busy that why always have a mistake. We opened an account with them last month. We took 2 hours just to open an account. Then He forgot to make another Debit card for me and forgot to order Check book for us. Also after ask him he asked us to come back to pick up the Debit card other day. I’m very busy then I just came here today to pick up my Debit card @2 pm and the guy still have the case that understandable but the lady come to ask me that after he finish that case could take 30 mins more for back up what da heck. Poor service here not really recommend for anyone. Other location could provide better service ever.

I had such a great experience with the banker, Larissa, at this branch. I had a complicated and unfortunate situation that I needed help with and she was so patient and helpful. Overall, I've been coming to this branch for over a year now and never had any issues or bad experiences.

The worst customer service ever... Very rude.. Without finishing explanation just turned around and walked away to another walk in person... Besides.... I couldn't understand most of the words this person was saying.... Don't go there!!! Unless you will use ATM ONLY!

Staff was rude and disrespectful. I went in to get quarters to be able to do my laundry and the staff laughed at me in front of other customers. What kind of customer service is that?

Great walk-in experience. Helpful and attentive staff, got things done pretty quickly. Manager Ken has shown extra hospitality!
