Citizens Bank City Ave, Bala Cynwyd

A decent branch but customer service is lacking. The older woman with the beautiful gray hair is very nice and so is the young lady who often sits in them middle. But the young woman who often has her hair doing whatever it wants is rude. There's usually someone always eating in the branch where people can see them and if they're on break fine; but there has to be another space where they can eat in the back. To be in line and seeing a staff member eating can be frustrating to most people.

The employees here need to be taught customer service. I came in for a notary for a signature verification and was sourly directed to where the line starts without even a hello. Without even looking at the document I was told the notary could not verify as it is not a citizens bank document.

Try to avoid this branch. Poor service long wait times.

My neighbor go to for 12 years. Not my bank but gives so much respect. My change after being with by bank for 22 years. Reps know me and are friendly.

Portia and the other tellers are very helpful and friendly.
