Citizens Bank PA, Souderton

The staff is great. However this branch seems forgotten. Other branchs have been remodeled and updated but this one has not. The ATM does not always work and you have to work with corporate to get results. The parking is very tight. The branch closes before most people finish work for the day. Most of us work till 5 and then need drive time to get to the bank. Quakertown and Warrington are very nice.

What bank closes at 4:00 on a Thursday?!?!?!? This one right here in Souderton!!!! Really messed up my day!!! Thanks for nothing!!! I have closing on a house tomorrow, and needed to wire money, but not here!!! Thank GOD I can change banks after tomorrow!!! You guys are the worst!!!

Horrible Customer Service. I tried to cash a check that was from there bank and was told they couldn’t cash it but I could deposit it. I don’t understand how I could deposit it there if I don’t have an account with them or why they couldn’t cash a check that clearly was from someone that does have an account with them. When I asked these simple questions hoping for any reasonable explanation, they where rude and even started yelling at me. Thanks shawndaaa, I know why I don’t bank here

Decided to use Citizens Bank to open an estate account. Without knowing the bank's hours, I arrived one minute before closing time on a Thursday. Because my schedule is so tight, they accommodated me and allowed me to come in to open an account. Great workers with a great attitude. As was the branch manager who was overseeing the transaction. Wonderful experience. I'm actually considering switching from where I bank to Citizens from the excellent customer service I received. Thank you, Citizens Bank! A++

Today, a Mr. Dave Becker from the Souderton branch was rude, sarcastic and smug with me. He refused a home equity payoff check because it was (less than $2000.00) over the pay off quote given to me by a branch manager from another Citizens Bank in the region. He was told other banks just process the check and provide a refund if the amount owed is less than the amount of the check. He did not know this, did not verify the policy with his resource people and behaved rudely sarcastically and smugly to the title company representative trying to make the payment. He was the same with me when I called him to ask why he refused the check. I have over $100,000.00 to invest after the sale of this house and will not be using Citizens Bank as my investment vehicle because of Mr Becker. The citizens of Souderton are not first with Mr. Becker.

I went into this branch to open an account and from the moment I walked in I had excellent customer service I was greeted with an hello from a teller and the teller pointed me towards Marilee and when I say she was a great help she helped me with no problems she was patient and polite my over experience at this branch was wonderful will definitely always come here if I must come inside a branch

Citizens bank souderton, awful customer service. Ive worked with 10 or 12 other citizens bank branches and this one is at the bottom of the list. They have exceptionally rude staff (except for 1 guy is ok to me sometimes) but all the other staff ive dealt with are awful. Not flexible with deposits and withdraws and they give me a hard time with my transactions. If you can, go to lansdale or chalfont. Or even north wales. Never had a single problem with other branches. Only souderton. Please get your self together souderton and get better attitudes for your customers.

ATM always seems to have some issue from being able to dispense cash to accepting cash deposits. Not sure what the issue is but all the other Citizens ATMs seem to be working fine except this one. You just never know if you're wasting your time until you pull up....

Staff is always friendly. Unfortunately there is usually a line every time I go through the drive thru. Hours could be longer on Thursday, Saturday and be open on Sundays. Although I like that the employees know they always have off on Sunday.

A bank that closes at 4pm on a Friday???
