Is this a bank or a club? There was one particular woman that was dressed like she was ready for a night out. She sounded very uneducated not to mention rude!!! She could not get rid of me fast enough. I believe her name was Vivian M something. I've been banking with citizens for many years and going to different branches and have received nothing but professionalism until I met Vivian M. I will continue to be a loyal customer. I will steer clear from her

I go here to do the deposit of my job and had never had any problems with anyone. I go in and out and everyone is really nice. I don't know whats wrong with all the other reviews it's a bank and if they told you all the fees don't make it your bank go with someone else. Anyways great bank and people.

It's known as the "Citizen's Gaulging Bank.. were you'll be lucky if you leave with the shirt on your back" !... Tooo many fees, you get charged if you don't used your card, and you get charge for using your card. then there's account maintance fee's, overdraft fee's, transfer fee's. atm fee's, Heck it's true what people say it's not a saving bank.. It's known as the "Citizen's Gaulging Bank were you'll be luck if you leave with the shirt on your back"..
