The worst experience ever. The guy named Robert Rice has zero to no knowledge about banking and customer service. He is totally an unprofessional. Please avoid this brunch. He’s a mess and undoubtedly putting the citizen bank’s reputation at risk.

The teller Ana was very welcoming and nice. Happy to come to this branch.

Wish I could give them "zero stars". Very poor customer service. Mary, the notary, has attempted to "pitch" their services and upsell, when all I want is for she to notarize documents. Nothing else. Too much hard upselling when one has already received poor service is a real turn off, Mary.

Had to wait in line for 10 minutes due to lack of tellers. Although it will be a hassle to do, I am giving serious consideration to changing banks!

Very kind, and professional staff. Kindness goes a long way and once you get to know your teller they are just like a friend to you. I'd highly recommend doing business with this bank, if anyone for any reason had a bad experience I don't know what to tell you, it's not the bank, it's you.

The manager of this bank Robert Bahr was not helpful at all he does not know how to do his job this bank just want to keep money that not there’s. This so call manager act like he wants to help but that not his real intentions, are to keep your money. They are very unprofessional. Don’t trust this manager or don’t trust that your money is safe in this bank.

All of the staff at this bank go above and beyond to ensure a positive, professional banking experience to all who enter their branch. They know their industry and what true customer service is all about.
