Awful experience with the ATM very aggressive and abrasive demeanor and approach by the branch manager. She must take more time to attempt in Retaining existing customer of17 YEARS vs this careless service. Watertown Street Branch has become UNresponsive and they do NOT pick up the telephones. It took nearly 2 weeks to recover money from ATM which captured the funds. Manager focus and priority was to Criticize certain facts that were relevant about the case vs making this a less stressful transition. Simply Avoid this Interrogation and invest Your Money elsewhere such as Leader bank where they take more pride in assisting you with a smile.
