Ryan was very annoying to deal with. Spoke in circles and had no customer service skills. I hope my new bank provides better customer service. They have lollipop though. 1 star for the candy.

I was moving to China for my job (pre pandemic) and had multiple items that needed to be notarized in very specific manners. They were patient, kind, and understanding through this multiple months work. Even though the process was challenging, making sure all of the wording and signatures were correct, I never once felt any frustration from any of the employees. They were ready and willing to assist me in setting up international transfers and any additional support they could for my new job. I look forward to moving overseas at some point in my career and when I do, I know that the staff at the Citizens Bank on Rockland Ave in Hanover will be ready to assist me on my journey.

nice bank to banking with the big complaint is the ATM IN FRONT is broken a lot and i cant use my card their and also the drive way coming in or out of old Washington street needs to be repaved or the big holes need to be filled in and repaved its been like that for many years and nothing is ever done about it also i see the drive way always has trash aside it broken and busted up toilets ect
