horrible customer service. applied for a HELOC over a month ago and have had no response to our emails we sent or phone messages we left. Never received a denial letter. NOTHING Lisa Calkins clearly cares less about her customers!! We will be moving our finances elsewhere.

Would you want to write someone a check from your bank knowing that they're going to charge a $7 fee to cash it

Friendly staff that is always helpful

I've gotten a welcome email every hour on the hour for 72 hours since I've signed up. Jesus christ I still don't feel welcomed I'm finished with this bank and I'm going to continue my banking endeavors with a much more professional and caring bank like westfield bank.

Very mad at this bank they don't update their records cust calls there automated machine and question the amount and tells them and they say its right and then you come overdrawn will drop my accounts and go other bank
