Citizens Bank Nahatan St, Norwood

Was in the area, very convenient, had to deposit a check,went in and the tellers were very friendly. I made my deposit and I was on my way, uneventful, that's what you are looking for when you are in a bit of a rush and have things to do.

I would not put trust or money into this bank due it’s customer service, and poor expedition of expediting real estate deals. When a timeline is given, told to representative, and just how sensitive the timeline is there’s reasons behind that. Emails weren’t returned, nor were phone calls, and with that said the end state was a deal falling through with a complete loss. I don’t write reviews, and this is the first review thats ever been written on behalf of myself and Pathfinder Tree Service. I would not recommend this bank nor business reps. Please use a local bank where you will have better luck.

Been banking here now for a few years, and nothing but really kind, helpful people at this branch. Pleasant people who all know me by name. I've opened new accounts at this branch, had fees waived and/or rescinded, been shown personally how to navigate Online Banking, even step-by-step at the ATM out front. ATM ate my deposit, no number listed to call customer service, Im so angry!

For terrible customer service, you need look no further than this Branch of Citizens. Feigning interest in solving my problem, they spouted every bank policy they could muster to not release funds from my account. An override of these policies from the Bank Manager-which I was told on the phone was possible and would solve the problem--was now impossible since she wasn't there and no one else could do this. I am so sorry to have moved my banking to Citizens. What a royal pain in the ass to deal with. Obviously could care less about customers and customer service.
