Citizens Bank White Mountain Hwy, North Conway

Outstanding customer service, exceeded my expectations. The staff is always serving with smiles. I feel that they truly appreciate our business. A special shout out to Erin Porter. Her service exceeds all of our expectations. We have been customers for over 20 years. Keep up the great service!

the employees at this branch are very self-entitled and will not help your if it is too much of a bother for them. They will Tell you " it can not not be done" after speaking with the bank on the phone sending me there. TO which the orginal issue was this branch's fault. Afterwords refuse to give me at least take cash out of my account because " i don't want too" the worst banking i have ever had to deal with.

Erin took wonderful care of us and was very patient answering my sons questions when opening his first account. Great customer service and even a follow up call from Justin to see if we were happy with the new account.

Horrible service since they fired their best teller. I had new teller give the wrong amount two times. She is undertrained. Managers sit in their office and do not assist. This bank and branch are not as good as once were.

ITS A BANK .... YOU KNOW WHAT YOU GET . I FOR ONE HATE BANKS, BUT THE PEOPLE HERE A FRIENDLY ENOUGH. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE OFTEN SHORT STAFFED

Closed my accounts (checking and savings) about a month ago. Come to find out, your account isn’t officially closed. Citizens will keep your account open, allow automatic payments to go through and direct deposits to go in!!! So when you close your account at Citizens, beware it’s not officially closed. You must know more than the staff and tell them to deactivate your debit card or else automatic payments go through. Never ever have I run into this with any other bank! I regret the day I opened an account with them!!! Go else where!!!

Online banking never works (on both the app and the website). Maybe 7 out of 10 times you will get an "account inaccessible" message when you try to log in to view your account. For someone who uses online banking primarily, Citizens is very unreliable.

Been doing business there long before it was even citizens bank.( White mountain bank) always loved the people that work there , and have been a platinum account for many years. Would like to make better interest on my CD's.

Sitting here waiting for someone to transfer a CD into a checking account. No reason a teller can't do this so I wait. Always hated Citizens Bank. Terrible.

They need a few more people . The wait was wayyy to long.
