Citizens Bank N West End Blvd, Quakertown

I’m not even exaggerating the absolute worst bank anybody could ever go to. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and never ever do your banking here. They messed up A banking transaction and over pool $500 from my account and refused to admit their mistake until there was an ongoing court case and it’s still going. The lady Caitlyn at the desk is completely unhelpful, rude, and unsympathetic towards the fact their branch messed up $500 worth of my money. She would not get me in touch with anyone I had to literally call the citizens bank customer service line and take for them to get me on the phone with the claims department in order to try to get my money back the woman did absolutely nothing besides give me attitude when I was literally the victim of a fraudulent transaction

My husband went to cash an employee check that was from citizens bank and was forced to pay a $7 fee due to not having a citizen account. First off that is a ridiculous policy, no one will bank with you due to this. It’s a turn off. Secondly, the banker was inconsiderate and could care less that this policy was upsetting to my husband. And finally my husband had gone to another branch a week prior and was not charged the fee to cash a check, so that was really confusing. Bad policy, bad customer service. We will never be back and will never bank with citizens. ✌🏽QNB for life

This place is amazing! You want loans? you can possibly get one here!!! Have banking transactions to complete during normal banking hours? The staff will complete those for you too!!!!! Do you like the color green? Well that’s the color palette they use in the branch!!!! Do you like catchy yet smooth banking ambience music? Great, because they are required to play that when the branch is open!!!! Do you want to buy groceries and electronics...don’t go here...it’s a bank, but there is a Walmart in the same shopping plaza!!!!

I have been with Citizens Bank for many years. Now I need to cash some treasury bonds and they will no longer provide this service. Very disappointing.

I usually make multiple trips to citizen bank each week to make deposits. On this particular day I came a bit later than usual. I actually reached the bank at 4:56 pm to be exact. From the moment I walked in the teller gave me a very uncomfortable look. She not only gave me a nasty look, she failed to greet me or even let me know that she would be with me shorty. After which she had the audacity to ask if another customer who was behind me could be helped before me. Saying that the other customer had a business account. This is absolutely horrific that I had to endure such disrespect. Not only I was ahead of this customer but I also have a business account with your bank. Is this racism is that poor or rude behavior or is this simply an ill trained employee of citizen bank. I would suggest that this citizen bank either reprimanded this employee or at least bring it to her attention and send for further training. If this employee continues to be this belligerent in her behavior I assure you that I will no longer bank with citizen and please don’t be surprised of more people stop banking with citizen. I truly felt disrespect and am beyond upset to be treated with such humility with a bank I have given so much business too. Thank you.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Worst customer service ever. I opened and closed my account on less than 1 month for this reason. The customer service agent (Christine Serrill) refused service and was absolutley rude and unprofessional. There was no manager at that time. I had to wait over an hour for the manager to get to the store, since she was not scheduled to be there that day.

This branch has always been extremely friendly! I refinanced my student loans here and saved a ton of money! I now do my business and personal banking with them!

They are always happy to help and do their best to solve any problems you might have. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and has always gone out of their way to make everyone feel welcome.

The manager and wealth management promised me 1% interest for a year if I keep my money there ..... didn’t happed Closing my account down
