Great experience! My Loan Officer recommended to close here and I was very happy with the experience. Toni took an emergency situation a few days before the day of closing and gave us a quick solution that solved multiple logistics hoops!

They have at least one very rude person working there and I will advise others not to close through Cities. I am amending my review, since I have finally received the tax document I had initially called to request, which was owed to me since the buyer of my house closed through this office.
