Citi Broadway, Millbrae

CitiBank Millbrae Branch has the worst customer service! Instead of not providing the basic banking assistance or answering the general questions, the staffs (Susan Su and the new branch manger) had bad attitude and used rude language towards the customer... I have been CitiBank's client for more than 20 years. The former branch manger and staffs were friendly and professional, but NOT some of the current ones. I decided to change to Wells Forgo or BOA. Period!

I met with Chris Kyle the personal banker. The way he treats us keep me saying the service is great even though i have to spend for 2 days for opening the account only. Its prove customer interaction n his passionate recover any down side of the process inside.

I find it ridiculously stupid that this bank blocks my debit card for no reason. When I go in to check it out, they give me a replacement card and I get home and find out I can't order anything online with it. I planned on booking an international flight home this week to avoid the prices going up next week by up to $600. Aside from this, there are other tickets for a preconcert discount that I was planning on getting. Citibank totally ruined my week and I think I will make a switch to another bank soon

Staff are helpful but a little slow to respond

DO NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. Stay away I and my wife open a checking and saving account due to there is $400 bonus when I deposit 15000 for 3 month on 09/01/2018 After 3 month I receive a system email confirming I met the requirement and should be able to see the money within One month. However when I check my bank account after 33 days , my checking account has been closed without my permission.Of course there is no bonus. After the case filed they refuse to re issue the 400 dollar because my checking account is closed! By CITI itself.

Tried to call the branch for 2 days in a row and no one pickup the phone. I had to call the 24 hours customer service and asked them to call the branch. It took an hour until someone pickup the phone. Complaint to the Branch Manager and he said it was because they are lack of staff on duty...... the service has dropped these days in Citi, I am closing all my account there very soon and move to other customer friendlier institute.

Tracy Rampton helped me with my banking needs with knowledge and efficiency every time I come to this Millbrae branch. I have to say this to show my appreciation. Thank you.

The lady named Kris Florendo deserves a raise, i see her there all the time and she’s a hard worker.
