Citi Central Ave, Mitchellville

A check written for customer was flagged as fraudulent but it wasn't. No due diligence was done to verify the information. They blocked the client's account, withdrew the funds anyway from the other bank into Citibank and did NOT inform the writers bank of fraudulent activities. They just sat on thausands of$$ for their own benefit. Beware

The cashier wasn't very nice, as if she didn't want to be there.

Always courteous service with attention to detail. Lines may move a little slow sometimes but only because everyone is given individualized service to make sure they have everything they need before leaving. Tellers are polite, thorough and extremely professional. Reminds me of Cheers "Where everybody knows your name". I would highly recommend the Largo branch on Central Ave.

The customer service is terrible, not from the cashiers but the commercial banking reps. So much attitude all over the place

OMG I was just in there today(01/29/19) at 12pm. I thought I was going in there for a quick transaction but there were only 2 people in line including me, one person being waited on and it took forever I had to leave because no 1 else acknowledg'd us there the 1 guy in front of me was probably there longer than the 20 minutes I stood there before I left. People have lives and standing in line is not part of that. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I walked in and waited in line like normal.there was nobody at the window. The lady that sits at the window ( the chubby lightskin one)she didn't even call me up or say can I help u.i Walked up and she said I'm ready😲really.I handed her my check and she immediately started shaking her head from left to right. I can see in her face she didn't want to be there on a Saturday. She said we can't help u like I was a Mexican trying to cross the border.she was Donald trumping me.u don't have to worry about me citi bank. I'm never coming back there and I will make sure my friends and family never bank with u..because of your poor decision on hiring ghetto hoes.

My name and address had mistakes in them when opening a new account. After speaking with the person who opened the account for me, they were fixed within a few business days.
