Closing all my Citibank credit cards and accounts, since they require vaccines for employees. Im not really desiring to take advice on how to manage my health from a bank. And I realized its probably better to do business with smaller banks and credit unions.

Just save yourself hours and hours of headaches. My debit card never works, it always gets declined. They put blocks on my account for every little thing. When you call the branch it goes to their corporate number in which you will be waiting 1-2 hours to speak to a human. Then they just transfer you around all over the place.

I gave one a star because of the manager the manager she's a power hunger and she is the rudest manager I have ever met. She never helps. She helps the ones that she pleases. I go to all the branches this one is the worst she doesn't even respond to your greetings I don't know how she holds her job so far she should not be at manager if she does not know how to greet her customers the only person that if you choose to go to this branch is Mark he is a personal banker he's the most sweetest person I have ever met in Citibank in Bronxville.

I've been with citibank for awhile and this is probably the best branch I've been to both near and far from my house. Tellers are all great. Friendly, fast, and helpful whenever I have a question. Theres a lady there named Teresa. She remembers mine and my daughters name and always says hi with a smile on her face. That's why I keep coming to this branch over other... They make it feel like family.

As another reviewer said, "This branch does everything it can to harass its customers". I came to pay my MasterCard, with cash, as I did hundreds of times before, at different branches. They, led by branch manager, harassed me for 10 minutes, at least, asking for my s.s. number, my drivers license..., with other customers waiting in line for this stupidity to be completed. When I complained about waste of time and ridiculous procedure, manager "explained" that it was that branch's trial program !!! I sure will never go there again, although it is near my new residence. So, they can work at nice, leisurely pace. Maybe, this is what all that was about...

Absolute Discrimination. I walk in the Bronxville Citibank located at 95 Pondfield Rd with my wife needing a simple servicing of adding a beneficiary. Diane told me I could not be seen by her at the moment since she had an appointment at the time (which is understandable). I asked if I could wait, and she said no. I then asked if I could make an appointment for next Saturday, she said they didn't do appointments for Saturdays, only walk-ins (which is weird since it was a Saturday and she didn't see me due to having an appt), If they only take walk-ins, why couldn't I be seen if I was walking in? Nor could I make an appt for next Saturday, so how does one get assistance on Saturday? She then started yelling across the branch for someone name Marc to assist me but Marc was nowhere to be found. While I waited for Marc to appear, I decided to do a withdrawal of $175 but did not have my debit (because I do not use debit, this is not our primary banking, just a savings alternative). I presented my NYS DL but the teller did not recognize it since NY recently changed the look of the ID. This withdrawal took 30 mins since it appeared she was filling a suspicious activity report. During my wait at the teller line, Marc appears when Diane yelled for him that she needed an override. By the time we were done, no one knew how to find Marc again for MY needs as if we did not just see him come out and give an override and walk back into a back room. (But they sure knew how to find him for that override, right Diane??) They then had to close and couldn't service me at all. Everyone around me was getting serviced meanwhile I wasn't even told how I can get help at the moment or in the future. I felt extremely discriminated against, especially after I told Diane I wanted information about Citi Priority Banking, and then she suddenly became interested in being helpful, and oh look, NOW she CAN make me an appt for next Saturday. "The day they don't take appts". It is a huge a disservice and injustice to feel this way. I myself work in the financial industry, and it's never okay. This entire financial center as a whole, was not helpful or welcoming. They clearly do not hold their client relationships in high regard. Or maybe the do, selectively.

I love the staff at this Branch. I 've been with them for 2 years and they have welcomed me, and they are always enthusiastic, and treat me like family. All the Ladies at the counter are amazing. Sorry some of you had a bad experience.

Very rude attendants Just left the branch The lady who attended me , made me feel very bad. I was with my kids , today is Christmas Eve , answering my questions with a disgusting face , mood killer ,she was rude to me in front of my kids . I feel sad/mad for people that act like that. Definitely won’t be back again.

Last Saturday July 22nd the manager in the branch was very nasty to me when I tried to say I wasn't the one who put a fraudlient check in my account. Instead of helping me and making me feel better I left there feeling like I was the crook not the victim of this fraud very disappointed love Citibank and the rest of the employees friendly as can be. Been with them for 4 years very upset by the way the Branch Manager treated me.

this place is so unproffessional from the management to the staff workers . the manager is very selective on choosing what customers she is nice to.
